Hey guys, thanks for the support. I am slowly increasing the routine intensity but the thing is, I have tried all this previously. I did a month where I had 1 hr upward jelq sessions and saw no improvement or anything. Lately I get a lymph kinda effect after 12 mins jelqing which I don’t think is a good thing. I took your advice from a previous post kingpole and do jelqs lasting 8 seconds each time as it makes sense to keep expansion going as long as possible. Also, I don’t smoke or nothing like that, I do drink but not like crazy I keep in shape and I do get stressed sometimes, but nothing major.

True. But you dont need 10” to be the biggest of your friends. You could be the biggest at 7.5” and most women will still fuck you. Dont forget at 7” your are 90%+ percentile (cant remember exact number).

I’ve been at this for 4+ years now and have virtually nothing (maybe an 1/8 inch in girth) to show for it… I think it comes down to finding the perfect amount of intensity (rest days AND number of minutes on the “on” days) for your dick so that the tissues are stressed and then have time to heal in such a fashion as to give gains. I would suspect that hard gainers just have very narrow growth windows and easily over-train their dicks with not enough rest days and/or too many minutes each “on” day.

Myself, I think I may finally have a routine that’s getting me somewhere (length “increased” 1 mm, then 2 mm over the last 1.5 months), but I’ll only know for sure in a few more months. I did this by basically starting over from scratch (more than a month of rest), then I slowly ramped up my sessions like so:

First I hung with 4.5 lbs, then I jelqed, then I wore and an ADS. All numbers in minutes, though the hanging was done in sets. Also, I followed a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off routine (to keep the off days on the same weekday).

Week 1: 20, 6, 240
Week 2: 30, 6, 240
Week 3: 30, 8, 240
Week 4: 30, 10, 240
Week 5: 30, 10, 300
Week 6: 45, 10, 300
Week 7: 60, 15, 300
Week 8: 50, 10, 300 <— Right now

In week 7 I got overzealous and had several negative PI’s, especially loss of morning wood, which was always strong before. Bottom line, I just kept slowly increasing the intensity and watching to see how my flaccid hang was during the day and how often and strong my erections were. Right now, I get random erections all day long, so I think I found a good place to plateau the routine, we’ll see how that goes. Hopefully a similar approach will work for you.

Hey beenie I’m on the same boat as you. I’ve been at it for 2 years now and still haven’t seen any significant gains. Probably a little girth but no length gains. I believe were just hard gainers. Personally, I don’t want to resort to hanging or pumping because lack of privacy and funds. Sometimes I do a consistent PE workout for 2 months and see no gains. I’m looking for a routine that doesn’t require hanging devices or pumping. From what I’ve read and posted, most of the advice I’ve gotten was to hang or pump. So if anyone has a routine that doesn’t require hanging equipment, ADS, or pumping devices, that would be great!

I’ve been at it for 2 years now with bugger all to show for it. However I Keep persisting. I seem to get intermittent “increases” but I wonder whether that’s an anomaly caused by Liq C (?)

And I always wonder, when sudden gains are reported, if some people here are living a little bit in fantasyland or perhaps they think measuring after a clamping or jelqing session constitutes a gain.

Just my opinion.

some more information about you could be useful. Are you cut or uncut? What are your measurements? Are you training hard, or studying or using antidepressants, or having any particular intense stress, emotive of physical?

I think the divide et impera approach is a good choice: try doing all one kind of exercise at time, starting light with time and intensity, and go progressive. Have you tried dry-jelq? They gave results to a lot of people that failed with others techniques.
Have you tried not masturbating in work-days? Masturbation could hind gains in the short run (although it don’t make difference in the long run, that is the dominant opinion at this moment).

Pumping could hind gains also: this was my experience.

If I was you, I would try a routine based only on dry-jelqs for about 2 months, and if gains lacks, trying Bennett8 routine (see “The 2” club”).

Stay motivated, results must come!

marinera- I’m cut, NBPEL 16.5cm EG 13cm BPEL 17.5cm. I stay dedicated to the routine for at least a couple of months, don’t have any external or internal stress really, push weights and do cardio every now and again so I’m in fairly good shape.

I have tried dry jelqing but all it did was give me a bit of extra skin and a more pronounced turkey neck, which is lame.

NBP- I’m the same, I was going to try out hanging but changed my mind last minute because I realised I just wouldn’t have the time. Pumping would be too hard to explain, lol.

Innova- I’m glad you finally found something that works for you, I have taken breaks and started up with different routines of varying intensitys but nothing showed any potential, so I guess the search continues….

Dry jelq should not cause excessive skin-growth, if well made: I do dry jelq for this reason (I’m uncut).

Repetita juvant: Bennett8, who I esteem a lot for his gains, stopped jelquing because he had the feeling that it was counter-productive for length.

I dont know if it is not lifting or just that my gains are slowing down but, definately since I stopped lifting to go on vacation my gains have defininately slowed especially in the girth ( dammit). I think it is because blood moving slower in the body? Anyway…

I’m not sure that training (weight/cardio) should be stopped while doing PE. It can’t hurt to try for a month or two, but in my mind, the hormones the body releases to encourage muscle growth after training could also encourage new tissue growth in the penis. Of course, I had trouble gaining when I was and wasn’t training (both weight and cycling), so it probably doesn’t make much difference either way.

Yeah I have thought about the counter-productive argument, but I figured that the tunica is obviously my limiting factor and clamping puts some serious stress on it. It does seem to stretch a bit further after clamping (and after a little warm down) so I figured stretch it when its tired, but again this may also be counter-productive. Damn it
