Which stretching technique is best

Which stretching technique is best

What technique is best for length gains? I’m a intermediate PE’r :p but I was wondering what other techniques are out there to help length gains? I’m not ready for hanging yet I don’t think!

Hanging should be done once you hit a wall with manual stretches? Or have I read wrong?

I like the LDP stretch. Search on it.


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Goal: 8.5 x 6.0 - Currently trying: jelqing, fulcrum hanging/bending. My data - Progress log

Isnt that just a stretch?

Search for “Knee up stretch” and “JAI-stretch - a useful misunderstanding”. V-stretches are reputed to be effective.

Current PE status - Contemplating Retirement. STARTED - 6.75"x5.25" CURRENTLY 7.5"x5.5" - BPFSL - 7.25"

I started some time in my second month. About 1 minute per day in the shower, coupled with rotary (helicopter) stretches, 36 in each direction (another 2 minutes). That’s 3 min/day of stretching total.
