Which one to add: Clamping or pumping?
Hi every body!
First of all I did lot of searches and I just like to make sure.
I have done 6 months of manual exercises and ADS and vacu-extension and the result was 1 inch gain in length.But for the last 2 months no gain. I would be really happy with another half inch of length gain.
I like to add another exercise to my routine.
Now the question is for the people who used both methods.
You experienced guys, if time goes back which one you would choose? In other words, which one was more beneficial for your in terms of gain.
I really appreciate your help.
