Back into PE after 3 year pause

I bought a pound of Argnine powder at bodybuilding.com. It was something like $25 if I remember correctly. Powder is the cheapest way to get it by far, but there’s an issue with it.

It tastes ultra nasty. Don’t try mixing it with anything but water and just gulp it down. :)

Shot glasses work well.

It seems to me nutrition doesn’t play a big role in pe. The link was shot down in this thread imo.

You can get L-Arginine ( Base ) at kilosports.com. 1 kilo costs $60 and it will last you 200 days ( 5gm servings, 1 at bedtime ).

Mix it with an ultra sweet or tarty juice, like Naked’s Green Machine or Clamato Tomato juice, or even Apple Juice so you won’t taste it.

In a few days, you’ll notice you’ll dream a lot more ( increased REM sleep ) as your balls work overtime for more semen production when you go to sleep just after ejaculating. I’m noticing I need at least 8 hrs. of sleep at these nights because I’m getting too much REM sleep and not enough of the non-REM sleep. True. There’s even a theory here that too much Vitamin C will make your ligs too thick so that you’ll have a hard time reaching the next limiting factor for hanging.
