Which method can I gain with the most?

I’ve been doing manual PE for just over a month but have been reading up on it for a long time. What I want to know is, to gain the goals in my sig, will manual PE be enough. I seem to be able to make girth gains quite easily but length is a whole different ball game I seem to have discovered.

What I basically want to know is, can I gain from doing long stretches in the same way I can gain from hanging?

Also can someone break down the type of gains available from clamping and the best ways to do it?

I have gained 5 cm in length and 3 cm in girth from manual exercises and 10 days of clamping. If I can do it, why you can’t?

Could you explain to me how you clamped? Can it be done with the hands or does it need apparatus to be held for longer periods…?

I used a network cable. Anything that can close of your blood flow (partially) to your penis can be used for clamping :D .

lol, how do I know that it is too tight? Or too loose for that matter?

You will feel that. When it doesn’t feel right or hurts then it is to tight. Get as tight as possible without those indicators and you clamp correctly.

BTW bird, mind if I ask what your routine was for manual and how long you clamped for? And when exactly you did clamp? (After Gains? etc)

I clamped for 2x15 minutes and I clamped at the beginning of my routine.

And the routine?

Partially my fault, really needed to go then.

In my opinion the best routines I have used:

Length:
2x3 min of invented v stretches (up and down)
2x3 min of two way stretch (switched hands when doing the second 3 min)
7x3 min of regular stretching (left, right, up, down, straight out, downwards left, downwards right)
4x15 JAI stretches
10 min 20-40% jelqing

Girth:
2x15 min of clamping
10x15 sec Ulis
10x15 sec horses
5 min intense 80% jelqing.

And I always do 5x20 sec of amazing isometrics which can’t be put under length or girth.

Wait bird are you saying you gained almost 2 inches in 10 days or did you just mean the 3 cm from clamping in 10 days?


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

I gained 0.5 cm in girth in 10 days. Gaining 3 cm in girth in 10 days would be impossible, you have some kind of disease when that happens. No the 3 cm is my total girth gain, took me 8 months.

The nearly 2 inch (5cm) is my length gain. Only need another cm in length to reach my goal.

OK then I see. Yes that would be impossible that’s why I read it twice. 8 months is very believe able. Well then you’re soon to retire from PE then. Unless you still have awhile on your girth goal. I can’t wait to measure so tempting, but I’ll have to hold off for another 3 weeks.

No, gone from 14 to 17cm (6.7”). Bigger would give me more problems than benefits.

Damn dude 6.7. Yeah I’d say your good in that area. I hope you next or current GF doesn’t like giving head. She may have a problem there. That’s why I don’t want to add to much girth oral is a must for me
