Which method can I gain with the most?
I’ve been doing manual PE for just over a month but have been reading up on it for a long time. What I want to know is, to gain the goals in my sig, will manual PE be enough. I seem to be able to make girth gains quite easily but length is a whole different ball game I seem to have discovered.
What I basically want to know is, can I gain from doing long stretches in the same way I can gain from hanging?
Also can someone break down the type of gains available from clamping and the best ways to do it?
