Often I reach home quite late. By the time I cook, eat, wash up and bath, it is nearing bedtime.

I will usually complete my PE routine, which takes at least 45 min. But sometimes, I really do not wish to sacrifice sleep by doing PE.
I wish to ask which part of my routine I can dispense off, If I don’t have time on particular days. With sufficient time, I’ll still do the entire routine to completion.
I am seeking length gain.

The following is my routine:
Warm up in warm water - 5 min
Stretching - 10 min
Pumping - 10 min
Wet Jelq - 10 min
Warming - sometimes I do; sometimes I don’t
Kegel - I skip

I’d done PE for almost 3 months, without noticing gain.
What should I do now?

How consistent have you been over these three months?

What stretches are you doing?

Let’s see, If it’s pretty much length you are looking for, definitely stick with the stretching. I would think that you could delete the pumping first. Then maybe warm up with a heat lamp as you brush your teeth (two birds, one stone). Do some stretching and jelquing then use the heat lamp while you floss, wash face, flouride etc. Kegeling you can do whenever as you don’t need your hands. Technically if you do this routine right, you have only added 20 minutes to your awake time.

Don’t forget to do piss pulls all day long. (Stretch every time you go to the bathroom) It adds up.

I think your going to have to increase your time stretching and jelqing to see gains if you haven’t already. Maybe try increasing your time but do it every other day. You could still do your stretches in the shower everyday. Drop the pumping. I would also use a rice sock to warm up with, it’s much better than warm water.

I will say not very consistent - at least 2-3 times per week.
I (both my penis and hands) do feel sore everytime.

Initially I did helicopter stretching in all directions. But I found I could not have a good grip with upward pull. My grip always slips up my glans with upward pull.
Now I alternate between downward pull and BTC stretch.

I don’t have a heat lamp. I use a mug of warm water.

I have some skin fungus. Doctor tell me to apply Selsun shampoo (which contains sulphur) to my skin for at least 20 min.
I am using this time to do PE as well.

That’s good (and plumped right?)

The BTC is a good stretch. I’d continue with that for another month consistently before giving up on it.

A mug of warm water is I think a bad way of heating. I’ve tried it and foudn the heating superficial.

Well as long as you are not applying it while PEing I don’t see that it’s going to cause a problem.

When I measure BPEL, I find that there are 2 places that I can push the end of the ruler in.

One place where the ruler is snug against the exposed shaft measures about 5.4-5.5” whereas the other place which is deeper into the body but slightly higher up towards the belly (nevertheless seems to be a continuum of the exposed penis; perhaps it is the inner penis) measures 5.8 -5.9”.

Which is the correct measurement for BPEL?

Well mate, considering I’ve never been to Australia, I’d be the wrong person to ask what can be bought there. I got my heat pad from Wal-Mart for around 30 dollars. Im sure this would be something you could find in Australia. The store name might be a bit different.

Try a penimaster dudey, you’ll find you can wear it during your entire nightly routine to stretch!

I’d like to see someone jelq with a penimaster on.

There are better ways to waste money than buying a penimaster.

Cured. Two in two days does not a pattern make. I’m annoyed with commas at the moment. They are getting to me.
