Is it better to focus on EG first and then focus on EL or the other way around?

From everything I’ve read, if you’re not happy with your length, start there. Most guys say that it is harder to gain length with a thick, got thy dick.

I agree with Girthgetting but some guys just gain one more easily than the other. After fighting with getting additional length, I just said screw it and worked on girth. Girth seems to be easier for me and even though the length gains are slow in comparison, I am getting more length from my girth routines than I did when I focused on length exercises. Weird, but it works for me.

Maybe it’s because your EQ is higher when you are working mostly with girth.
And you know, when EQ is great! Gains are more easy to get:-)

Well, I don’t pumping anymore. Maybe that’s why my EQ is so fantastic..

I do fulcrum stretches, jelqing, bends and sometimes horses 440 squeezes combined with ADS all day to bedtime. Since I begun with ADS my EQ is crazy. I have gained both EL and some girth but not that much. But the best of all is that my head is bigger now and more sensitive since I started using ADS.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I agree with WTBT.

That said, I did a routine for length and girth at the same time. I’ve never understood the thought that you can’t grow in both dimensions simultaneously.

I was able to add to both and glad I didn’t wait to work on one or the other.
