Optimistic in which way? That the numbers are higher than would be expected, or that it’s not ‘safe’ to assume what it says?
Going by those numbers I should be somewhat relaxed, but looking down I don’t feel relaxed at all.

where do these numbers come from? from guys here on thunder’s place or is it statistics of men everywhere?

That is just for length though. A 7 x 6 dick is bigger than an 8 x 5, yet those percentages would show you as smaller.
