I have been doing PE on and off since 99 and believe I have gotten a little bit of gain in that time but attribute it to better penile health.It seems there is still no poof without a reasonable doubt that this stuff actually works (other then surgery) . I see hard to believe claims from a few respected Vets. Where are the pics to proof these great gains? I am not talking about pics for proof of a one inch gain because that could be attributed to better penile health not to pure growth of tissue itself. I am talking about those who claim 2 inches or more in length. It would be nice to come up with some sort of proof done scientifically that we could show the medical establishments that be and perhaps , just perhaps the medical community would take this stuff seriously and do some of their own studies. If somehow this stuff could be proved it would just bring more attention to the goal and more research, thus safer maybe even real Dr Approved programs and not just the quacks who are trying to hawk product.

I agree with you if in fact you are stating that “penis enlargement” is merely improvement of penile health, regarding blood flow to the existing tissue.

So do you think that every person here that claims to have gained length and/or girth is lying? I would have to say that I can’t believe they are just mistaken by better penile health. The vets here seem to measure regularly. The tape doesn’t lie.

I, myself, am biased. I really WANT this stuff to work. I have been doing it for about 3 weeks. I definitely notice that my penis seems to be veiner. But I still have no size gains.

Did you ever think that attitude might play a part in this gaining process?

I’m also struggling with PE, but I believe it’s definitely possible to enlarge your penis:

1) Pictures of some African tribes that have used traction over the years to lengthen their penises.

2) The fact that “incorrect” masturbation, over the years, overdevelops one side of your penis and causes curvature.

Because of these and other reasons, I think it’s definitely possible, but most of us just have trouble finding the right formula for ourselves.

And yeah there are some bullshitters that make unsubstantiated claims. For instance Bib who refused to post any pictures. He claims 4 inches in 18 months (Hair barely grows that fast). Also DLD another bullshitter. But notice they both are making money off of this stuff.

That said, there are many decent folks here who I trust, and who are very selfless and try to help the rest of us.

I don’t know what else to tell you, except try some different routines that are maybe counter intuitive. Another problem is that it takes so much time to test out a routine before you realize it won’t work. And then there’s times you have to take long decon breaks, because you over did it. It’s definitely a struggle, but what the hell I have nothing better to do.

I am not saying I do not believe this stuff works. I am just saying where is the proof. Although the tape does not lie, some of the Vets I believe do. I have been doing this stuff on and off again for years and was part of one of the very first PE forums when the internet was made available. I AM A VET. That forum then became corrupted from Big Al Fornaro or whatever he calls himself these days. Big too claimed huge gains and then he basically weaseled his way into become the lead moderator and took a free site and turned into a pay site. From there he started “For Size”. I also think others have been duped on this site by people like DLD who right from the beginning had huge claims of size, he built up a following and took them over to his pay site . BIB who has been at this thing from the beginning (and trust me I remember when he first logged on) He too has huge claims and oh he also sells a product “the BIB hanger”. BIB however does seem to add allot of value and also shows people how to build the thing for free so I am not saying he is in it for the money,but who knows.
I do doubt any of these people who report huge gains until I see some proof.All I am asking for is proof from these supposed big gainers and a way that we can prove this all to the medical community. If they can not furnish it because the past is the past well perhaps some newer people can take real pictures of before, get some nice solid gains and take pictures after or something. I don’t know, but this is the Internet after all and to take someones word on something online is just stupid. I WANT PROOF ! and so should everyone else who relies on the words of a few in undertaking such a dangerous activity. Its just common sense.

Plenty - I was typing my previous post as you where sending yours. Seems we are thinking the same about some things. But let me point this out you first before delving into that.

1)Yeah the African tribe thing is true but did you know that the men in those tribes who practice that can not get it up?

2) Curvature and growth are too seperate things. Just because someones dick curves because of wierd wacking off does not mean it grew bigger

Yes I too believe that there are many on here who are honest but wether or not some of them are bieng honest with their 2+ inch gains in length and a 1 inch gain in girth is yet to be determined. Seems there is over 100,000 people or something like that on this forum who check out this stuff but not a one of them can show proof without a doubt that this stuff works? Seems pretty strange huh?

Phoenix- I do not see a ruler in those pics so cannot except that as proof. Could be wierd angles with the camera, could be just a better erection quality. Could be fakes as there is no face.

It works but perhaps not as well as many would believe. The problem is that it requires extreme dedication and restraint as well. I have been through periods where I swear it is huge only to be followed by the realization that its about the same as it was. Don’t get over zealous when you start to see improvement, that is my advice. Usually it only leads to negative indicators, we’ve all seen the numerous posts about severe loss of EQ. I can testify that I have grown from PE and have gained confidence from it, there’s nothing like banging a girl with a magnum and having her find that golden wrapper on the ground next to her panties the next morning.

The problem is being consistent 4 days a week for 2 years. I’m about six months in to a regular routine and have gained length, girth and confidence. I just can’t wait to see what happens after time takes its course. The funny thing is that I haven’t gotten a comment about being “large” since before my regular PE routine and haven’t had one since, but I know they’re on the way. Just don’t over do it and stick to the program, as with any self improvement it takes time and dedication. Don’t be discouraged and stick to the program, too many people get dissolutioned after not gaining in the first month or so, but it takes time. I didn’t really develop a good routine until a few weeks ago even though I’ve been doing some form of PE for about 5 years on and off.

When I was in high school I was around 6 BPEL if I remember correctly and now am around 7.35 BPEL on a good day. Don’t give up! Don’t over do it and wait for the results and you’ll see it’s not a joke.

If you’re hoping for public pictures of faces of people who happily stretch and measure their dicks all the time, you are about to be sadly mistaken.

The penis is not a mystical part of the body that can only grow for some and not others. I think we are know just starting to really learn how the penis works and how certain things can increase size. Check out the TGC theory this has explained allot at least to me why just jelq never really worked for me and some others on here.

I will ask you this jman have you spent 8 hrs in a traction device per day for 4 to six months with no results or have you done what most guys do including me until know.

Jelq on and off for a couple of months, clamp on and off, maybe used weight on and off with no real program that you were following. Have allowed life to dictate your PE workouts.

Becoming a professional bodybuilder or athlete take time and an willingness to let nothing come between you and your workouts. PE is second on most guys minds. When it comes down to it most guys train the penis this way. If you have time you will fit it in and that’s why I think most of us fail so often.

If you have gain an inch in length that not due to a fuller erection. It can only be due to one or two things a deformation of the tendons and ligs that allow an extra inch of your internal penis to come out, this is how penis surgery works or by actual cell growth either way I will take the extra inch.

I am not trying to be harsh I just think most guys are not dedicated enough for long enough periods of time to gain 2 or more inch’s. Those who have gained that much most likely didn’t think to take pics back then. Most guys don’t take pics until they see real growth then it’s real to them and they are know on a quest for a huge cock and want pictures so they can prove it.

I believe hang moderate weight 8 to 10 lbs to increase length of tendons and ligs and open gaps in the cells use a traction device 6 to 8 hr per day traction wrap never let it turtle back and clamp to stretch the tunica to allow the soft tissue to expand to is greatest potential.

Goal by the end of next year Nbel 8.5 Eg 6.5

Most here realize that non-surgical PE methods work. How easily and how much total a guy can gain is extremely variable. Plus, what worked for someone who easily gained may not be the best approach for a hardgainer.

What baffles me is that many guys new to the PE scene are primarily interested in what the “big gainers” supposedly did to make their impressive (and in some cases varying) claims. Personally, I don’t care much what has worked for the gifted elite even if their claims are true. I want to know what works for most of us. I think we average guys can learn more from the failures and successes of hardgainers than from someone who claims to have gained an inch overnight.

Drilla has some excellent photos of his girth gains from clamping that I noticed a few days ago, but I forgot what thread it was.

You bring up a good point. I would appreciate it if the senior members and moderators would at least update their penis statistics page. It’s hard to take someones advice when you have no clue of what progress has come from their knowledge/experience. However pictures may be a bit harder to come by. It’s one thing for someone to find your PE paraphernalia, and it’s a hell of a lot worse if they find pics of you measuring your dick on your computer.
