where is the proof?

1. Scientist will never except any picture as proof until they have a person in a controlled environment and they can record data every day/hour/etc.

2. Scientist and doctors, at least most of them, are not interested in making penises larger. For one it wouldn’t be very good for ones reputation. Also why would you want to spend your time on proving PE works or developing a program when for instance you could develop a vaccine for AIDS? Also a tiny penis is still completely functional for urinating, having sex and ejaculating. Also if you think about it, what would your doctor prescribe if you came to him with the problem of a, in the owners vision, tiny (5,5”) penis?
For one the doctor should comfort the patient by telling him it is a perfectly average size and should insist treatment is not necessary. But if the doctor did decide to treat, what would he prescribe? Medicine, no. Surgery, no. Exercises, hmm? If you know that many asthma patients are using the wrong technique for taking there powder-inhaler medicine you can see my point. If such a, relatively simple, technique gives problems, think about jelqing. Could it be done supervised? Which health care sector would take on this treatment. A completely new sector has to develop and the supervision would be very expensive and for a lot of people embarrassing. Imagine an other man demonstrating the jelqing technique on you, or on himself? Would that appeal to you?

Sorry guys, there are too many variables, PE works but it is not a science and it will remain a personal improvement technique.

I’ve seen it work personally, that’s all the proof I need (and no, I’m not going to mention my stats, I don’t feel like getting into a dick measuring contest).

I would add, for most of us, I think less is more. Take a month or more off and then do the newbie routine religiously for 3 months.

My penis health has certainly improved, but I’m bigger even though my erections are nowhere as near as hard as they were when I was 16 (I’m in my 30s now). Maybe I should focus on improving that before I go for any more size? :)

Last but not least, isn’t there medical proof about teenage boys suffering from priapasm have their penises permanently enlarged? This alone suggests that penis enlargement is at least possible without surgery. I’m not suggesting priapasm is something you would want to have happen to you, though. Sounds painful.

I do not agree with you. All during my teens, twenties, and early thirties, my dick was the same length, just shy of 8 inches, regardless of erection quality and you know the kind of boners that you can get in your teens and early twenties. I found PE in my mid thirties and, being a scientist, I took my initial measurements seriously and carefully (not carefully enough with respect to girth, but that is another thread topic), and got 7.938 inches with a full erection. My BPFSL at that time was 8.25 inches.

Later, I developed a medical condition that made my erection quality suffer, going down to 2 to 4 sometimes. That seriously sucked, but I never had a loss of penile length to below some of my early gains, 8.125ish. So, even my floppy, half-assed erections were longer than my superboners from my teens. Fortunately, the medical condition has been addressed and my EQ is back up to 8/9/10. And, guess what? My dick went right back up to the biggest that it had ever been as a consequence of PE, 8.438 inches.

I started doing PE again in January of this year and I have seen a 0.250 inch growth in the last three months in erect length, with a stable EQ. Granted, I am getting some pretty hard wood these days, but no harder than 10-20 years ago - and yet my erect cock is 0.75 inches longer now than it was back then. Oh, and I also weigh about 50 pounds more than I did back in my late teens, so the gains certainly cannot be explained by changes in my fat pad. On top of that, my BPFSL is now 9.313 inches, or a net gain of over one inch since I started PE. BPFSL is measured fully flaccid, so how would you explain that gain in terms of EQ?

I work in the medical/scientific community and I can tell you that there is so very little interest in this. Why? Because the size of most guys penises is not a medical condition. Let me repeat that: the size of our wangs is not a medical condition. No doctor in his/her right mind is going to spend one minute of their overtaxed day wondering whether natural PE works, because penis size is not a medical condition*. That said, there are some of us in the medical/scientific community (not in our right minds, evidently) who also do natural PE, so there is hope. I have toyed with the idea of doing some work in this regard once I have my doctorate, but do not hold your breath.

Look, who knows why natural PE works for some guys and not others? I would anticipate that technique plays a huge role in the outcome. So to would diet, overall health, level of exercise, redox status, et cetera. I know that I have not gained rapidly, but then I also do not spend much time at this - I am a lazy PEer. I imagine that 98% of guys who do not see gains are either not committing the time necessary, or are using incorrect technique. The other 2%? Again, I have a few ideas, but they are just ideas.

Once I am back down to my teen weight I will snap the chap and add it to my progress panel.

*Except for men with micropenis, but they make up less than one-tenth of one percent of men in this country.

It has worked for me, and this is all the proof I need.

We do not need to prove it to anyone else, keeping this info on Thunders is good enough.

I had many of the same doubts myself when I first started. It wasn’t until after my first month of 2 of PE when I saw the ruler move, first in girth, and then in length, that I became “a believer.” The first 1/4” gain in length was a tease. Maybe it was due to better erection quality. Who knows. But then came the next 1/4” and there was no doubting it.

I’ve put on 1/2” more since then. My pubic hair has been pulled forward. What used to be flush with my abdomen is now running an inch down my shaft. I’ve run out of skin. Damn it!

To me, any claims of 3” gains really strain credibility. But I believe an inch or two easily. I’ve gotten it myself.

I’ve only mentioned length, but I’ve also gained 1” of girth. That’s an inch in each direction. My dick doesn’t look or feel like it used to.

Forget about the huge gainers. The average guy who sticks with PE gains 1 inch. That may not sound like much, but it makes a huge difference. It’s like the difference between being 6 feet tall and 7 feet tall. Hard to miss.

I believe 3” is possible, as kingpole is at 2.75”, dino9x7 approx 2.25” of gains.

1” in under 1 year seems to be common and 2” by two years. Who says 3” might not be possible in 4-5 years. We all know that the gains slow down.

I’m not really going to slow down to take a breath till the 2” mark is cleared. I’m currently at approximately 1.25” of gains and just started with the ADS
Device. I never maxed out lig gains ( only hung for 1 month ), so I’m going after that purported 1” of lig gains.

I hope to hit a 3” gain by next year (currently at 2 3/8”)

It has been a long haul. This summer/fall I am going to begin intense hanging (30-40 hrs a week using a vac hanger). I will take pics every four weeks, track via an excel document (which will be released at end). I plan to do this for four months, and at the end run some analysis on it (I find this part to be fun). It will be interesting to see if hanging can effectively get someone who is already big (8+) to abnormally large (9+). I am really excited, I have been planning this the past week.

Yeah, it will be great because I am going to start graduate school this fall. That means lots of hours of reading/studying; perfect time to hang. As my grades increase, so does my penis :) .

I think I gained 1” after 5 or 6 months in length and somewhat girth, after that no gains but I am still doing PE almost 9 months, I do not know how much I am going to gain but one thing I know I am going to do PE rest of my life because I think PE is a like penis fitness and my penis definitely needs these PE exercise.
