With lack of fantasy for the moment, I started out this week with short intensive pumping sessions using a cock-ring - and I’m getting huge expansion. After each session, I add 5 minutes of O-bends at 30% erection. Been doing 5-6 sets/day for three days in a row now, and I feel nicely fatigued, and my EQ is great. I’m also following the “never let it turtle”-theory for the moment and put a clamp on to keep it plump.

Do you think this will work if I keep it consistent?

Everything will work if your consistent and you can handle it. One thing, try to be positive and happy. You like music, start listening to more music that makes you feel good. I always listen to music whenever I get a chance and it seems to keep me in a positive mood. Delusions of grandeur help too. Embrace a little insanity. Sadsinki, if I am spelling it right is a modified bending exercise which there are videos for it on this site. It is like basically treating your dick like it is a slinky and bending it as if it was one at 1, 6, 9, 12 O’ clock.
