I’ve just gotten back into PE for the 3rd time, but now having a room to myself and more free time I should be able to remain consistent. I’ve been jelqing for about a month now and have been stretching for about two weeks and havent really seen a difference. I know I used to have this nice fat flaccid hang for most of the day, after jelqing, but now I just don’t get that anymore. Also after I jelq I used to have a thicker erection but now my erection looks the same after a jelq session. Am I doing something wrong? I have no negative PIs, but I miss the positive ones. I jelq at about 60-70% erection level the whole time for 200 jelqs, about 3 seconds long each. Should I increase the intensity of my erection? Should I finish my jelqing at 100%? Or should I increase the number of jelqs and time per stroke? Thanks for the help as always!

Are you still gaining is the question you should be asking yourself. If you are then change nothing. If you arent then you need to up something, usually intensity while keeping quality the same.

Alright well I’ll take some measurements tomorrow before my session then see how they are maybe a month from them? Also what is better for me to use to measure… I have a pretty serious N-curve and am almost half an inch bigger when I measure with a tape measure compared to a ruler. I almost hit 7 inches BPEL with the tape measure compared to my 6.5 with the ruler. Obviously I like using the tape measure more but am I just kidding myself? Or does it not matter as long as I always document using the same thing everytime?

Measuring is not about your ego, it’s about keeping records.

My guess is the rigid ruler gives a more consistent measurement.

Use a ruler but if you want straighten out your curve. That is what I do. It is not cheating yourself once you use the same way all the time. But tapes are very inconsistent.

Maybe you’re not doing enough. I would reread the PIs article. Also I find that when I look at porn, whether that be during a workout or at other points during the day, I don’t get the same level of positive PIs. I can’t figure it out.
