Where Are All The Hardgainers?

After a couple of years in PE I need tips.
Why? - I am not gaining (any more).

Since summer 2002 I have seen no gains any more. I checked out all: Hanging (OTS, SD, …), Jelquing, stretching, stretcher devices, …

My tiny gains showed up always - always means two times - with jelquing and always after a couple of weeks off. (But actually, I am no longer sure about that.)

Now, I am in a “new” jelquing routine again, after a four weeks off period. It seems to me as nothing has changed. Nothing has changed to 4 weeks ago and to 2 years ago.

So all you hard gainers out there: Give me some hints please. How did your tricks look like?
Hopefully there are some, as it seems to me that on Thunders you only encounter easy gainers, when I take a look on all the stats and read through the posts.

I have found that changing my routine has helped me in my gains. I had good initiial gains about a year ago. I don’t really measure, but I could tell it was bigger than it was. then nothing really was changing fo a while. I was do about an hour workout every night. Then I switched to an every other night hour long workout, and got some more noticible gains. As of now I have read some old threads and some of the guys were trying 2-3 workouts a day. So lately I have been trying this. Being a student and it being summer I have the time to do it. Oh and I do it on the weekdays and take the weekends off. Hope this helped a little bit.

I poked around but couldn’t seem to find your routine(s) anywhere on the board. Could you do me a favor and post it/them up? I’m especially interested in the frequency with which you performed your exercises. Also, if you could take a quick minute to double-check your LOT and post it up you’ll get a gold star. Cheers.

Mike2002, teoman, neneago, RWG, rushmore, me (1.6” EL in nearly 2 years - and 3/8” of that was regained size - so, actually about 1.22” in 2 yrs).

Sometimes a layoff is needed; other times, you may need to go to every other day - or perhaps daily stretching, etc.

Experiment. None of us can actually prescribe for you what you need to do - we’re all just feeling our way around here. Study the routines, read up, ask questions….in the end, you need to experiment. Keep a daily record, try to determine what you did when you made your gains, etc.

A lengthy layoff did wonders for me (0.22” in about 3 weeks) - after so much frustrating nothing for so long.

What is your routine?

I didn’t start off that way but I became a hardgainer. The theory of deconditioning is actively at work in my penis even as we speak!

It yet remains unseen to be seen whether the deconditioning theory will work and my hardgains will become soft once more…

Well i’ve been doing pe for almost 2 yrs now with very minimal gains of 0.5 inches max in length and maybe 0.25 inches in girth sometimes i wonder if i was just measuring wrong when i started or maybe my erections werent as good as they have been when ive seen gotten my best length measurements. Ive tried hanging all angles and for multiple hours, jelquing, squeezes, power jelqing, manual strecthing and the penimaster but nothings seemed to work. Anyway ive just sent of for a pump and i hoping this with finally give me some decent gains. Its not as time consuming as hanging and i’m really looking forward to giving it a go, i’ll report my results and experiances as soon as ive been at it for a month or so.

How long did you spend with hanging daily?

My max hours spent in one day was 6 hours but usually around 3 hours, i stuck at it solidly for over a year then no longer had the time so my routine shortened and i hung less requently. Ive just started jelqing again and am waitng for my pump to arrive so i can start a pumping and jealqing routine, ive been reading a few posts on heat pads too an i’m thinking getting one could be vital to improving my chances of getting gains.

What is your routine?


Ich übte meine Fleischstange intensiv! :)
1) 2-4 minutes of hot wrap
2) at least 20 minutes of actual stretch time (use a clock with a second hand - do them in either 30- or 60-second “sets”, pulling vigorously) - I often did fulcrum stretches & bundled stretches
3) jelqs - usually dry jelqs
4) a little more stretching, maybe 7-10 minutes
5) finished with some restorative jelqs - maybe 25-40

Jelq firmly and very slowly - go for quality not just count.
I used to do the above routine every other day (when I made my best gains). Why don’t you try it every other day - but stretch 7 days per week.

Hardgainer,no problem.

The problem is no gain,thus you will lose your patience.

Does pe work or not work, I’m not sure even today,coz I still be a newbie.

Wish one day in the future I believe pe like believe bodybuilding.
