Where Are All The Hardgainers?
After a couple of years in PE I need tips.
Why? - I am not gaining (any more).
Since summer 2002 I have seen no gains any more. I checked out all: Hanging (OTS, SD, …), Jelquing, stretching, stretcher devices, …
My tiny gains showed up always - always means two times - with jelquing and always after a couple of weeks off. (But actually, I am no longer sure about that.)
Now, I am in a “new” jelquing routine again, after a four weeks off period. It seems to me as nothing has changed. Nothing has changed to 4 weeks ago and to 2 years ago.
So all you hard gainers out there: Give me some hints please. How did your tricks look like?
Hopefully there are some, as it seems to me that on Thunders you only encounter easy gainers, when I take a look on all the stats and read through the posts.
