I’m sure many of you know I am anything but a hard gainer. But this is only because I follow the above advice religiously. Find your limiting factor and attack it.
Don’t do something because everyone else here is doing it, do it because it is what you need to do.
I know it sounds dumb, but it seems to me that many guys are simply not doing this.

I agree wholeheartedly with you.

But I don’t want the idea that finding the right routine, the right limiting factor to attack and consistent effort to be the only angle we see from in our PE efforts. A combination of low LOT and strong tissues is very, very hard to overcome sometimes, even with the right routine and persistence. There might be more factors involved, and I want to find those if they exist before I do another year of what, in the end, amounts to attacking a tunica/septum/etc that just won’t budge if I’m not aware of everything that is involved.

I’ve jelqed, hanged, streched and have been persistent. I’ve not grown a single tick of my ruler in either
length or girth. It should because of one of two reasons: 1) I’ve perfomed the exercises incorrectly, or attacked the wrong limiting factor or b) There’s something else we’re not aware of. I can confidently rule out #1. I’m trying to rule out #2 or discover what it is.

I also tend to believe that I have not done everything wrong and some will just not grow much at all but trust me I’m working on changing that every day.

The must be a reason why you have not gained. Obviously, the difficult part is determining what that reason is.
I don’t know how you go about systematically determining where you are going wrong, but that is what is required.
My point is you must confidently be able to rule out a particular exercise before you move on to something else. You must give it enough time, but be careful not to waste time.
I would not like to walk a mile in your shoes…good luck.

Yes they are real. Thats why I am trying to help.

I have learned so much at Thunder’s and I feel I “owe” it to other members to try and help where possible.

I’m just trying to give back something.

It’s just like anything, you can take 2 guys, do a clinical study, they start out at the same size, do the same excercises, but due to dna, genetics and mother nature, one will surely grow at a different rate than the other. Take 20 guys, and you’ll probably get 2 super gainers, 10 moderate gainers, etc etc etc.

I can tell the biggest failure though, the failure to try.

To all (hardgainers),

found out something “interesting” - and maybe something finally convincing myself - during the last 10 days:
Before these ten days, I did a one-day-on one-day-off jelq routine, of about 40 to 50 mins. Really slow jelqs following the video you can download here.
Then, these famous 10 days that I took off from PE.
Last saturday I resumed the jelq routine: 45 mins slow jelqs. Right after it, I had the strong wish to measure. Though I had a weak erection, and less hope in positive gains, I measured surprising 17 cm. max.
I could hardly believe this. A weak erection, no training (that means no erection during the last 10 days) of my penis, and nevertheless, I have seen gains.
Two days later, when I did my next jelq (45 min) session, I did not measure this size. OK, again I was not able to erect fully, and I did cum too fast….But at least I was better “trained”!!!?????

With these slow jelqs (see video) that I am doing now, I really get a good bulge everytime. Something that I have not seen with my jelq + horse routine before. Maybe I have found something good now. At least it is something that I want to stick to.

But maybe I should decrease the amount of time?! 40 - 50 mins is abit too much??? 30 min max?? What do you guys think?
