Where are all the clampers?

I’m not seeing much from the clampers, now that I am back. Are some of you guys still dedicated clampers? Have you seen permanent gains, and if so, from what routines, particularly:

• How long per day?

• Do you squeeze while clamped to increase pressure, or do other exercises? (I feel squeezing is necessary, or you basically are just wearing a cock-ring, and I have never heard of those increasing size)

• How many days off, if any?

Still clamp yes, but only moderately as a maintenance routine as I’ve reached my goals.

• 3 x 10 minutes

• No squeezes, never required them. Just edging for me.

• 5 days on, 2 days off. Sometimes take a midweek day off.

I gained 0.75” from clamping alone, opting for a 4 x 15 minute routine, 5 days on 2 days off. I never bothered with heat, as things progressed well from the start.

1 x 15-20 minutes. I use to clamp 1 X 30 minute session a day, but I am now doing erect jelqs and squashes, and squeezes. I think I have increased but I am going to wait until January to measure. I clamp at least 4-5 days a week, more if possible if privacy allows. Approximately two years, and I have gained at least 3/4” in girth.

• 15-20 min warmup

• 3 x 15 minutes (3-4 clamps) + 1 x 10 minutes with 2 clamps to begin with toe get my penis warmed up.

• Just edging, 4 clamps is enough pressure to the head anyway

• Only about 2-3 days a week atm, I’m shifting my routine around my available time. I used to do the same workout about 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.

That was a fast half-inch in girth, Sacred.

tiodm69 - 3/4-inch girth is BIG gain. I am assuming you got most or all of that clamping. Very nice!

I started 3 weeks ago. I don’t count the sets, I just get hard and put the clamp on and take it off when my cock’s getting a little cold or needs some fresh blood to stay fully hard.

In addition to the clamping, I’m doing V-Stretches before and after the clamping session and wear the Penimaster after the clamping session.
As an all-day wrap I use a piece of the vacuum hanger silicon sleeves.


Girth gains for better sex, length gains for a worthless ego boost.

I have some questions about clamping, I thought I would ask here as the people involved inthis thread have gained from it.

Do you mean you clamp for 15 minutes in one sitting? I believe this is an automatic version of the ULI right? You just clamp the base and get as hard as friggin possible right? Kegelling blood in occasionally?

I always thought that if you cut the blood supply from a bodypart for a long period then it damaged it or made it drop off?

For all the successful folks who have made progress with multi-clamps, I am finding that a procedure of high initial pressure, followed by a click by click loosening as you maintain an erection better for overall expansion.

I get better girth increases on clicks 5-7 than I do at the maximum of 10.

I clamp usually after 20-25 min of jelqing, 3-4 - 15-25 min sessions with 5 min rests yea its a bit extreme, but only then do really feel a stretched out feeling. I usually watch porn for engorgement and have been edging recently, base girth where the clamp is located has increased tremendously. As soon as I get my hands on another clamp I will start using two. I also move the position if clamping up the shaft to get that explosive growth further up my dick.

PEnessMonster - Anything over 20 minutes in a clamp would be considered as pushing it. Though there are guys here that clamp for over that, and others who favour multiple clamps, I value the health of my dick too much to consider such comparitively extreme actions.

I’m also on the 20 minute tops routine, clamping is hard enough on the dick and dangerous enough. I also do clamped squeezes which are nuts and even with my dick conditioned from years and years of PE I have come close to blowing out an O ring several times. Thank God these clamps come off fast! Clamping is one of my favorite PE things of all time nothing gives me a better expansion.
