When's it time to switch?

I’ve been doing PE for about 2 months total. I had some nice gains in the first month, just using jelqing and some light manual stretching, but I haven’t seen much if any growth during the second month :( .

My question is, when is it a good time to switch from jelqing and stretching to something more elaborate, like hanging or pumping?

Also, do you think my 1 month plateau is a sign that it’s time to step things up, or a time to take things down a notch to avoid over-conditioning and get the most of my newbie gains?

My current workout is 15 minutes of stretching (at least several pounds worth, using a tight grip) and about 25-30 minutes of jelqing. My jelqing technique is at 70-80% erect (sometimes more), at about 1.5 to 2 seconds per stroke with a fairly tight grip. I also do occasional squeezes. My schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off, and I keep to it religiously.

My stats are as follows:

6/20/04: BPEL 6.5”, EG 5.1”
7/20/04: BPEL 7.0”, EG 5.7”
Today: BPEL 7.0”, EG 5.7”

With 2 months under your belt, your dick is conditioned enough to move on if you want. There are many around here that would tell you not to do anything more than what you are doing as long as you are still gaining.

It’s amazing how each of us reacts so diffently to PE. I jelqed for a month with a 1/2-3/4” gain, increased it to close to an hour a day, during the second month without any gain, then added the stretches, the third and fourth months, while continuing the long jelq session, and gained another 1.75”.

I never jelqed at more than 50 % erect. I think 70 % to 80% erect (sometimes more) seems fine if you’re working on the glans, but too much (and also risky) if you’re trying to work the entire shaft.

I recently ordered both a Bib Hanger and a pump. I think I’ll try out the hanger first, while continuing with the jelqing routine, and see if I can get another growth spurt out of that. I’m concerned I may be getting too girthy too fast, so I think I’ll focus primarily on length for the next month or two. I may also ease back on my erection level during jelqing.

HH, your gains are stupendous. If PE ever goes mainstream, I think you’ll have a place in the hall of fame!
