When you gain doesn’t it seem like you aren’t gaining at all. I sometimes wonder if I am just psyching myself out when measuring.

Although I’m a bit compulsive, I really do think when psychological factors bring you down, you should measure less often. There really is no reason to measure more often than once a week because your penis size will probably vary much more than any gains you make within that time frame do to other natural body cycles. I try not to give any credence to weekly measurements, either and will only record monthly stats.

Gerry and Bird are right and I’m sure you’ve read it all before. Always measure with your body and penis in the same position - most stand straight up with the penis parallel to the floor/perpendicular to the body. Always press until you can’t anymore. The bone won’t give, so this removes most of the variability of the fat pad between measurements.

Don’t get psyched out! The journey is just beginning.

And don’t measure your unit too often :D

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Yeah it sucks. Do what I did before starting the newbie routine 6 weeks ago and achieve your MAXIMUM level of erection, and do a strong kegel while measuring your BPEL. Force your erection to be as big as you possibly can. For me, I was trying to push it past the 7” mark but I just couldn’t touch it no matter how hard I kegeled. Now I measure 7 1/4” BPEL, so I really can’t dispute that I’ve gained with myself.
