When to get ADS?

I have been on the newbie routine consistently for 1 month. I haven’t made any gains yet. When would I be good to use an ADS?

Stick to it 2 months more before you decide to do anything else.

It’s better than sticking with something that doesn’t work though. As of right now manual stretching isn’t doing anything for me. Sure, I am going to keeep at it until I hit the three month mark, but if I still have no gains your saying I shouldn’t use an ADS?

When I started, manual stretches didn’t do anything for me either, but as I did them more, I learned how to do them more effectively, and I think they are the sole reason for my length gains (about .25-.3 inches so far).

I started doing them in smaller sets throughout the day. Also, only a month isn’t nearly enough time to gain, unless gains are easy for you. (Which they appear not to be)

I didn’t gain anything when I tried doing consistent PE, I only saw gains when I did PE sporadically over several months. By sporadic I mean 3 days one week, a week off, 2 days a week, 2 weeks off, 4 days in one week, a month off. I think (at least for me) decondition breaks, and sporadic PE works best, that way my penis doesn’t get used to a routine.

Hope this was of help. Don’t expect this is going to be easy, if it was, everyone would have a 10 inch dick.
