I found two indicators of what I think is fatigue.

The first indicator I found was a temporary loss of LOT angle. It didn’t matter what angle you tugged at, there was no resistance. LOT angle would return within a minute. The problem is that you’ve already removed the weights. It told you only that you have or not experienced fatigue. Not a total waste since you got a rough idea of the time involved.

When I hung major weight (25-30 pounds), I discovered that the point of fatigue was reached when I began to spontaneously and consistently kegel.

I always worried that if I waited too long, the kegels would give out and cause permanent injury. I based this fear on the belief that total fatigue of the ligaments had occurred, resulting in the kegel trying to take the load,giving rest to the ligs that momentarily could take over a few moments later.

The increase in kegel frequency was the ligs being unable to retake the load over again for the same amount of time. The way this worked was total speculation on my part.

I have noted in my early threads that when my hanging work out was good, I would get pre cum when I removed the weights. I think maybe this is the same involuntary kegel that you are talking about. Just a thought that I haven’t thought of in a while. Very interesting.

Thank you both very much. And shunga I just might take you up on that offer, if I don’t figure this thing out I will consider it. Do you feel mainly like your head is taking the weight as well? It’s like it hits me there instead of the shaft and base.

Yes the Vachanger makes it feel like my head is taking a lot of the pulling force. I think that’s the nature of the beast.

If I use paper tape on my glans then put a 1 piece of the blue silicon sleeve over my glans as well ( the tip of the sleeve stays open) that reduces head fatigue. Also make sure your sleeves aren’t cut to short. The longer the sleeve the more force will be transmitted up the shaft.

If I hang for 30 minutes SU, SO and SD for 3 days in a row, I start to get fatigue deep in my penis were it attaches to my pubic bone.

I should take some pictures of how my ligs look when stretched with a clamp hanger (bib or Wench) vs a Vachanger. It is a very different feeling.

Wow Yes please do. So you tape your glans? I suppose that would work well maybe I should try that. If I could keep the thing from expanding so much I think much more force would be generated lower, as well as when I unroll the sleeve more.I had it rolled to the top.

There is a thread somewhere that talks about taping the glans for vac hanging.

Basically it is J&J PAPER first aid tape that you can get at any drug store. It usually says breathable and ouchless or removable on the package. I tried generic brands but they stuck to hard. Rip a 1.5” piece of tape and place it on your glans top to bottom. Right over your urethra. Then put another piece perpendicular to the first side to side. Now I put a smaller piece left to right on the top side then left to right on the bottom side. Now I slip a 1” piece of vac hanger sleeve over my glans and put the entire thing inside of the Hanger cup. I bought the XL size so that might be a big piece of getting this all in there. If you don’t have room for the sleeve just use the tape.

Yeah I have the XL also. Perhaps I could use the constriction sleeve over the tape?

Have you gained hanging straight out? It seems to me like too many structures are taking the load.

I have been focusing on SO and SU for some time and think it is working.

The other thing about using the vac style devices is that over time, the head of the penis is going to grow accustomed to the stress. I haven’t tried taping, but I definitely got rid of using the constriction sleeve, because if a high force was used, it would either slip out of the device or all the pressure would be right at the tip of my penis, as opposed to more surface area with the whole head.

The advantage of Monkeybar’s device is not only the great pull, but the comfort and multiple angles with the v-stretch attachments. It turns into a real divide and conquer device.

Length of time is also a factor to breaking down the tissues. Reach fatigue and ride it.

Do the monkeybar vacuum heads work with the sleeves from the “Static Stretcher”?

What size is the default vacuum head that comes with “Static Stretcher” in Monkeybar sizes?

You’re body is probably very efficient at repairing itself. When I was bodybuilding and tried gaining, it would be a lot harder to reach fatigue. The same thing happened when I was at over 300 grams of protein a day, too. Otherwise, the weight needs to be a lot higher to begin to realize some fatigue. That is mainly what you’re after, fatigue. If you aren’t getting any, you’re not deforming the tissues of the ligs- and later the tunica.

This is why I change my exercise program every six weeks. Start with something new and difficult at a lighter weight. Same with PE I change routines every six to eight weeks unless I’m growing from the present one I am using.

I have know idea is this true and can somebody tell me some real knowledge of this subject.

I was growing over 1” EL when I was on gear. That take over 1year. So I can’t say I did not gain. But about 6months my BPSFL was the same. No change how matter I tried everything. Then when I stop my gear. Instandly start gaining BPSFL. Now about 3months off gear and I have been gaining 0,5” BPSFL.

I should start my gear again but I don’t know if this hinder my gains or make them even impossible ?

Good idea, I will stop using the constriction sleeve and just be careful of blisters until I find the tape, perhaps this will create a better pull being as if slippage is reduced, less skin should enter the cup.

I do not know if steroids make it harder, but I would say yes. I have put SO much effort into this, and made amazing girth gains but length gains were marginal for the effort I have put in. Most guys would cry from the lig soreness they would have if they even tried hanging for 2.5 hours every day, heavy as they could, and using an ads. But mine didn’t flinch.
