When Should I Start

Well I have just had a month break from PEing. Before that I had done a one on one off routine for about 6 months. Now I have just bought some clamps and decided to do a 5 on 2 off routine with manual exercises one day and clamping the other. Is this the right way to go about it?

Take a month or so to build it up. Start with your old routine and keep it for a week or so. If there are no problems, change it to 2/1, then after a week or two go for 3/1 and somewhat later you are able to do 5/2. Only when you reach that, I should start clamping, not earlier. 1/1 and a month decon isn’t a steady base to start clamping. Fortunately you are well on your way :) .
