I have been putting all of my efforts towards girth but have not been able to gain any girth. I have spent the last 6 months trying to gain girth but all I gained was a little bit of length. I am fine with my length and just want some girth.

I am 5” EG and want to be 5.5” EG. I have been jelqing for about 10 mins, then I do squeezes and some erect bends.

Any advice? Thanks in advance.

BPEL 7.75" and EG 5.125"

Hanging gave me great base girth (completely unexpected, although I read later that it’s quite common. Hang at different angles, I think that’s the way it works.

Theoretically, stretching in different directions should do the job.

For the rest of the shaft, clamping would be my best bet.

You may want to consider more jelqing.

If you jelq at three seconds per stroke, that would be 20 strokes per minute, or 200 strokes in ten minutes.

If you jelq at two seconds per stroke, that would be 30 strokes per minute, or 300 strokes in ten minutes.

The Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine suggests that you work your way up to 30 minutes of jelqing per session. That would be 600 three-second jelqs, or 900 two-second jelqs. (I would suggest the slower, three second jelqs.)


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

At the moment I am still living with my parents, getting ready to go to college. I really do not have 30 mins to devote directly to jelqing. I will look into clamping but I have done this before but I did not stick with it. Thanks and I am willing to listen to any other advice.

I feel the same way about not having enough time. In college studying, friends, and sports often limit my ability to dedicate the time necessary. Any suggestions on exercises to do not consuming total attention?
