Bumping my old thread. This summer I have begun to have more free time and have been dating again. In preparation for dating, I got back into PE a bit (in part, to ensure rock-hard erections) and am now standing at 8” NBP with a midshaft girth of 6.3” and a base girth of 7.3”. I have hardly any fat pad and am an average-height guy with a smallish build: trust me, it’s a huge-looking dick by any standard. However, I’ve gotten naked with three women in the last month, and none has said anything about my penis. Of course I’d enjoy it if they reacted like women do in porn (“OH MY GOD IT’S SO BIG!!”), but the reality is that, as I stated in my first post in this thread, many women in real life just don’t tend to be that verbally effusive in their reactions to penises. Don’t take a woman’s lack of spontaneous (verbal) response to your penis to mean anything, good or bad!

Because girth gaining was never a goal for me, I haven’t kept good records of my girth. I know I gained some base girth from hanging over several dedicated months. But then I played around with clamping for a very brief period, mostly just to see what it was about, and I was blown away by the erection and flaccid hang benefits (a couple of 5- or 10-minute sets of clamping has the same effect on my dick, over the next 24-48 hours, as a Cialis dose!). Unexpectedly, my girth expanded very quickly, and apparently at least semi-permanently. I know this is an extremely unusual claim, but I swear that my base girth must have gone up by at least 0.5” from only a matter of a few weeks of clamping — and those gains never went away, even after months of no clamping. I think my midshaft grew a bit, too.

Recently, all I’ve done is some mild pumping sets to regain any lost size and produce Viagra-like boners on demand.

I’d hate me too, but, then, most men would hate you for your own stats and gains ;) I just don’t like to see guys here feeling insecure because they don’t get “reactions” from women (or men) about their penises, whether small, average, or large. The only reason I mentioned my stats is to emphasize that there is pretty much NO possibility that all of these women found my penis to be “normal.”

By the way, getting naked with three women in a month is definitely atypical for me. My sexual history is nothing worthy of bragging about, in general.

Perhaps the silence on matters of size is owing to an inability to talk with their mouths’ full?

I will generalize here for a moment and say that women generally tend to diminish differences in things, whether it be the size of something (a penis for example) or the value of things.

That’s why they are terrible at estimating size, speed or change of speed of objects and make poor athletes (again, a generalization) and if they do make a size estimate they will be less than accurate.

What we can conclude from this is that she is not likely to be able to tell whether you are 6 or 7 inches, or 5 or 6 inches unless you tell her, and even then you can tell her you are 7 inches and all she will do is refer to what it feels like inside her, and possibly compare to others she has felt before.

The lesson we can come away from this with is not to put our fragile male ego into the hands of someone not equipped to validate your needs. If you’ve added an inch of dick in the last two years of intense and dedicated work, don’t expect a woman to notice. She could care less, and would much prefer a new fridge and stove than for you to be a bigger dick than you were.

I tend to agree, but I come from the construction business where one has to know how to estimate widths, length and depths all day while moving material and so on and men are good at approximating those values. Having said that, we do have to use the measuring tools to be precise.

I have spent many a project discussing dimensions of projects with clients and invariably the woman will ask me how I know that a room is 12 x 14 or that a wall is 5 feet high, whereas a bloke will just nod and move on.

And frame of reference is critical in making construction project estimates as well as the size of a dick in a picture, but I will reiterate that men are far better at gauging those values with a frame of reference. 1000s of years of hunting and gathering selects us ideally for the task if we are to take a Darwinian perspective.

Oh yeah, and I can cook without the cook book while making all but the most elaborate of dishes, whereas my wife needs the book and the measuring cup.

And regarding bullshit pornstar claims, once we break down the frames of reference in a picture of a porn dick, taking into consideration the average girl’s hand size, the height of the actor in question and other factors such as camera angle, lighting etc., guys are pretty good at taking those factors into consideration and not saying, “well, it still looks like it is at least 10 inches!” and comparing yours to it.
