What Wattage IR Light?

I was wondering what wattage you guys used for your IR light.

I have one that’s 250 watts (with a 250 watt socket) and I feel like it’s a bit on the hot side.

Can I get the same results with a 125?

First day using it today and the results are quite promising.

I use a 150W lamp, works great. If I get to close to my lamp, it gets really uncomfortable, so I guess its really enough.

Anyone using a 250 or just me?

This is important: do not use a lamp with any less wattage than the bulb itself. You could start a fire.
