Hey guys,

I need some advice. In the first week of doing my new routine it seemed to work very good. It seemed I grew at least 0.1 inch in girth or perhaps even closer to 0.2 girth when ever I had a full erection. Now the last 2 days when I get an erection I can still see I gained some girth but it’s more likely to be just 0.05 inch in girth, however my erection feels harder so it seems more like a permanent gain unlike the other 0.2 gain when it seemed more puffed and be bigger because of the workout from the day before. Now After the workout everything seems very good. I also got nightwood again. However there was no morningwood this morning when I woke up. It also seems now that I grew in length (which I don’t want to)My flaccid is bigger, no pains or anything. There are no other PI’s really.

Do you think I should take more restdays like 2 days on and 1 day off to get the same result so I can get get the big expansion like before or should I keep doing what I’m doing now to have the hard like cemented gains or should I go to a more higher level and even make my routine longer/heavier?

Also, how long you’ve been PEing, have you taken decon breaks before?

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

I have been doing on and off PE since November 2004 with months of breaks in between. My starting stats were 7.8 bp and 5.4 girth. The Last time that I did PE for a long period I grew till 9.0 BP and 5.7 girth. I lost my girth gains but I am still 8.6 inch BP.

I do not want to grow any longer or as few as possible. That is also the reason why I not try to jelq or stretch to much, but working more on bends and ULI’s.

My routine: 6 days on 1 day of at the moment
- 10 min warmup (in bath)
- 5 min stretches (holding for 15 sec max)
- 5 sessions of Uli’s, doing 5 pumps holding for 5 sec
- Doing some dry jelqing in between the Uli’s, I do my jelqs 3 seconds and then hold the glance 3 seconds
- Also doing between the Uli’s and the jelqing 5 sets of kegels until I go limp
- 5 sets of an Orange bend like exercise (it’s very different I will explain this later when I’m sure it really works)

My official measure date is set on the 28Th of February

Try to mix up your routine, there’s no reason to cut out the wet jelqing, try just 50 - 100 a session just to maintain penis health.

What’s your girth goal? Have you tried clamping. I would also think about changing your days, like you suggested earlier, to a 2 on 1 off routine, keep your penis guessing.

What are your overall goals now? Just a maintain routine? Or do you still want to add extra inches?

I think I will give the 2 days on 1 day off routine a try. after 2 days of rest I will start again. Any suggestions on some good girth only exercises?

My length is already to much for my girlfriend so I’m trying to go for girth while trying to gain no length or as least as possible length. However I think I might already got my old 9 inch BP measurement back. It seems that old gains you lost you get back very quick.

My girth goal is until it’s still feeling good for my girlfriend, so in my mind this is about 6 inch but could be 5.75 or 7. but for me 6.3 will defiantly be the maximum I want to go. However since the head of my penis is very large in length and has almost the same thickness as the thickest part of my shaft I will have to see how it grows. Since I still would like to get a good BJ. With other words if the girth of my head grows at the same speed as my shaft I might stop to the point where I can still get a good BJ which will be around 5.75 I guess.

So Yesterday I had an extra resting day. This night and morning I had both night and morningwood and my gains seem to be back again to atleast 0.1 girth instead of 0.05. So I guess I’m going witht he 2 days on 1 day off routine.
