What should I do?

I have been PEing for a few months and I seem to have reached a plateaux. Do you think I would benefit more from taking a deconditioning break of about 6 weeks, or from upping the intensity of my routine?

My routine is currently very sketchy - I do about 10 mins jelqing 5 times per week followed by a total stretch time of about 15 mins throughout the rest of the day (sometimes stretch time as low as 5-10 mins).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There is no way you need a deconditioning break. Increase your jelq time to 15 minutes.

A routine is something meant to be followed, it is not sketchy otherwise it wouldn’t be a routine. Pick routine and stick to it. I also say up ante to 15 minutes.
