What should I do?
I have been PEing for a few months and I seem to have reached a plateaux. Do you think I would benefit more from taking a deconditioning break of about 6 weeks, or from upping the intensity of my routine?
My routine is currently very sketchy - I do about 10 mins jelqing 5 times per week followed by a total stretch time of about 15 mins throughout the rest of the day (sometimes stretch time as low as 5-10 mins).
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
