I just finished my 3rd month of the newbie and I stopped gaining, so whats next? Any recommended exercises?

Would you like girth or length?

How much did you gain on the newbie routine? What are your current stats and what is your goal size?

Starting stats (dec 06): 6 BPEL x 5.2 EG, 3.9 FL x 4.5 FG

Short term goal (dec 07): 7 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Final goal: 8 BPEL x 6 EG, 5+ FL

Is now a good time to start clamping?

If you think your penis is conditioned enough, by all means try something new. But beware of the risks which comes with hanging, pumping etc.

I started 5.625 BPEL x 4.3125 EG and I am now 5.875 BPEL x 4.5 EG, I would definitely like more grith and I still want length too. I was thinking of clamping and possibly adding some inverted v stretches with the sock. I also was thinking about making an ADS or extender, what do you guys think?

Do some manual stretches to gain length and then go for the girth.

Well I have been dong PE ever since last year but I took a couple month decon break and started back up in December, so this is my 3rd month after my decon break and I think it’s time to add some new exercises. I am going to look into inverted-v stretches and possibly clamping. Is there any other successful exercises to help me especially in the girth area?
