What made you gain?

What made you gain?

I mostly pumped in my long PE life - since 1990 - and that made me gain about one inch in both departments. Lately, I started hanging and I believe I made an extra 1/4”. What worked for you guys?

Jelqing is all I’ve done so far and it seems to have been very beneficial for me. I’m still jelqing, as I just increased the duration of my jelqing session.

Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Clamping HIGH intensity (Aristocane’s levels) made me gain girth like crazy.
However I then realised I wanted more eased up on it. Along with not having time to PE made me lose those gains.

I gained length I believe from a combination of improved erections and the way I clamped (4 clamps, concentrating on outward expansion)
I also had a jelq and stretch routine to accompany this which I’d been working with since I started PE.
But only when I started this kind of clamping did I see gains that would have been sustainable had it not been for the aforementioned matters.

What made me gain?

My determination.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Buby. When did you see those gains along you 18 year journey?

In the first months I saw extraordinary gains, but they faded away as I stopped pumping. So got the habit of pumping, sure my gains would have gone as I stopped.

In time - having stopped and resumed my pumping several times and with breaks of years - I realized that a small percentage of those gains had become permanent.

Perseverance wins

Stretched for my first year of PE. Got length gains. Then I realized I have a spaghettidick and decided I wanted girth.

Now I jelq and I’m pretty sure I can feel my girth picking up.

In search of a perfect body, penis, and girl.

The search NO longer continues. :)

Hanging is only PE method that have give me permanently gains.
