Guys what’s it’s the problem with a guy with never gains, if he is doing right or not the exercise or if there some people who can make gains with only PE?

He might just naturally have strong ligaments and needs advanced exercises to really make them stretch.

I would say that the gym metaphor applies here: either improper training or inadequate recovery, (or both) are the secrets behind the myth of the “Hard Gainer”.

The big gainers don’t over do in PE or in the gym. Any gain is a big gain. Vary your routine there are a lot of goof jelqing,ads,hanging and pumping routines to try. They all work. The trick is rest and recovery like Gland Master said.

If your bored of your routine it will most likely fail. Some times you have to do Tai Chi, Ch Gong, lift weights, Run instead of walk. Walk instead of run, bike riding, rowing pelotti’s. The trick is continual change.

For PE it could be Siemiesters routine, The Newbie Routine, Mem’s Momentus gains. Vacu pumping. Uli’s Horse 440’s stretsh jelqs.One handed jelqs. Variety is the key.

I have checked with Siemiesters, and he informs me that there is indeed an exercise called “Uli’s Horse 440’s stretsh jelqs”.

Guys one thing that always question myself is, “it’s that thing working?” my dick is more engorded and very vein, but not much gain in lenght, and every session I finish I don’t know if I am doing right or wrong!
