what is the best lube for PE

Sta-kool, In the Dr. Joel Kaplan site he did also mention that the vaseline will be bad for the penis as well as the tube. They either have it out for vaseline, or there must be some truth to their claims. I’m convinced that vaseline is not a good idea for me anymore, even though I’ve been using it since the beginning.

Current stats: [7.5 BPEL * 4.9 EG]

GOAL: [8 NBPEL * 6 EG]

Perception is reality.

Oh no, vaseline has been the only way I have been able to get a good seal, and is darn cheap too. Oh well if/ when the tube breaks I will buy another. That way I will know for myself if vaseline is bad for the tube.

As for the effect on the penis I will have to read up on that.

Big to bigger.

I like to use normal vitamin E cream and sometimes olive oil.

I use Curel, Original Formula moisture lotion.

Some lotions cause a rash on me. This has never done that.

Take care and happy gains,

4Foreskin ;)

WET Platinum. Lasts for ages and is very good.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

When I was around ten or twelve years old, one of my friends put Ben-gay on his nuts, and ended up with his nuts in a glass of cold water for about an hour.

Not a good idea, unless you want to get a horrible burning sensation.

I have a similar story. When I was about the same age, (12) my older brother pinned me down and dumped cologne all over my nuts. He then tied me to one of the columns in our living room with my ass facing out.

Besides the crazy burning sensation on my nuts, to make maters way worse, his girlfriend was just walking in the front door. She saw my bare ass tied to the pole and being a little kid, I was quite embarrassed.

She felt bad for me and actually untied me. I then ran off in shame :)

Hello Sultan - there is a “trick” to it with the KY, check out petitfaun's tip, check out second paragraph especially— This works 100% with me and the generic KY (dirt cheap, walgreens, target, walmart etc):

You will soon know if the seal is tight as the vacuum quickly pulls your penis up the tube if the seal is good. Otherwise try some more lubricant and water.

(I usually wipe the lubricant tround the edges with my finger, then just dip the base of the tube in water. Then place it firmly against the ‘fatpad’ and twist it a half turn left and right. Hold it against the pad and pump.

Silicone lube is great, but I don’t like it for jelqing. Why — because it is too slippery… With the Albolene or similar, you can control the amt of slipperyness with the amt you use. For example, sometimes I use just a little so there is more resistence, more like a “semi-dry jelq”. The silicone lube doesn’t give me that control. It is either “reallly slippery” or “extremely slippery” Great for sex (ex tit jobs) and beating off though.

Just my humble opinion, of course.

Though it be worth mentioning, that I recently applied corn oil to my tissue injury that I have been struggling to get to heal these past few weeks. The corn oil cleared the redness in two days. I looked at the nutritional facts, and realized it also had 10% vitamin E in it. Don’t know if that is common in all corn oils. Think the brand was called Manilla corn oil. To get the whole story read on…

I mentioned this in some of my recent threads, that I had some moderate inflammation on the back of my dick on the lower shaft from pumping. What it was exactly was a few blisters, and there was redness surrounding them.

So I have been nursing them for a while, and couldn’t get it to heal. The reason why is, I was pumping while I was trying to get it to heal. Recent, I have been pumping every other two days, for ten minutes.

So I applied this corn oil a few days ago, and all the redness is gone pretty much. I am amazed at how well it worked. The oil was actually in a clear plastic squeeze bottle, and I didn’t even know what it was until I asked my mom a few minutes ago actually. I am not considering jelqing with it, but I will use it for tissue injuries from pumping and other forms of PE for sure.

That’s a petroleum product like Vaseline.

This thread really got me searching for a better lube that is actually good for you. I read up on Emu oil and really like the fact that it is able to penetrate all 5 epidermal layers, contains omega 3,6,9 fatty acids and is all around great for healing. Google the stuff, it is amazing. The problem is, like Olive Oil, it is a DHT blocker.

That all said, I just ordered a bottle of 16oz Shea Oil for $10.00. I copied and pasted the following info:

“Pure Shea Butter in its oil form retains all of the healing benefits of a butter for a light and smooth application. Rich in vitamins A, E, and F, Shea Oil can be used for a variety of skin problems. Containing natural anti-inflammatory agents, it is useful for sore muscles and joints.”

The stuff sounds good and I’m going to give it try.
