What is the best amount of jelqing to do?
I noticed that the newbie routines of TP and DLD’s pay site are very similar. Both are essentially: Warmup, stretch, Jelq, Stretch, Warmdown, Kegel. The difference is in the amount of Jelqing each routine does.
TP’s routine has 200 per workout. DLD’s routine has 300 for the first 2 weeks and then 600 thereafter.
I’m sure both produce gains, but I wonder which is a better range (for mose people). Has anyone experimnt with different rep ranges? If so what do you think works the best?
