In my opinion, jelquing is the ONLY exercise you would need to do, regardless of whether you’re looking for length or girth, it promotes both! Every other exercise is an extra.

Anyway. I believe stretching and hanging are the best for length gain. Some can only gain through hanging while others can gain through stretching alone .

I have never gained from jelqing. I still jelq for penis health.

Jelquing for me does 2 things: makes my flaccid bigger (both ways) and get’s my BPEL closer to my BPSFL after a a few weeks of hanging.

For whatever reason why my EQ drops when I jelq and stretch (during that period untill 3-4 days after). This doesn’t happen while hanging (???).

I don’t eliminate it.. Constriction sleeve takes too much time, so I just hang and dome some jelqing after hanging. Fluid goes away pretty quickly.

How much time are your hanging sets? How many do you do? How much weight? Do you use heat (rice sock, etc)?
