What is a fair measurment

What shall we define as an acceptable measurement of bpel? Would it count if taken while clamped, or with a cock ring, or inside a vacuum tube under high pressure, or at the height of your hardest kegel? Or does free-standing only, such as one would use in sex count. Even a kegel stretches a sixteenth of an inch, but goes back down at the release of the kegel.

How about 24 hours after any PE, no clamps or rings during or prior to measurement. Maximum arousal, usually stimulated by a partner. Top measurement bone pressed, OK to correct curve. Anybody agree with that?

No clamps, rings, pumps, etc. I hope guys aren’t measuring that way.

I think a natural erection with no assistance would minimize variables in erection condition. I think consistency should be the most important factor. For those with ED, an erection aid could be used as long as the use is as consistent as possible to minimize variation.

Just one addition, go “Kinsey” and add that the erection should be at a 90 degree angle relative to the body. Seated or standing might also make a difference because of the orientation of the pelvis but that might be stretching things…

I measure by achieving a decent erection, and measure without pressing the ruler at all.

I do this once a month. As well as the base,mid,glands Girth.

I also measure length as more than, e.g more than 16.5cm, or 17cm,
