What I have learned about PE

Well, first I have to say that I have been occasionally doing PE since 96 or whenever Tom Hubbards first site came out on the Internet WAY back in the day. My problem was and still is that I can’t keep up with a routine… However, for the last 2 months I have been practicing PE much more…

I have come to the conclusion that if you stop doing PE, even for a day, it greatly limits your gains. I have been seeing great gains, but then when I take a couple of days off or even a week off, the huge gains disappear and a smaller penis (slightly bigger than it was starting however) remains.

So to my conclusion, if you want take huge penis look, you have to do your PE exercises every single day, and if you can, twice a day (Preferably in the morning and night). I have no idea what the long terms effects of PEing twice a day are, but the short term effects are amazing.

Another conclusion I have come to is that Smoking greatly decreases your gains as well. If you must smoke, make sure you do some cardio running/walking to get your blood circulating before you PE. At least, that is what works the best for me.

Another weird thing i have noticed… My workouts after a night of heavy drinking are amazing… I guess it is because alcohol thins the blood out? Does anyone know about this too?

You might want to rethink PE’ing everyday. Your dick looks smaller when you take a break because the residual fluid buildup dissipates. I strongly recommend taking at least 1 or 2 days off per week to avoid injury.

Not so sure about drunk PE’ing, too dangerous for me. :D
