What have you given up for PE?

Subject says it all, what have you given up to make time for PE?

Plenty of guys have written about sacrificing sleep. I have just recently made the commitment to cut way back on my sex life to be able to PE more. I am a hard gainer and need hours per day to see gains. I normally spent a lot of time with lady friends, not just in bed, but doing other stuff as well. On the average I have one day per week that I am not with one of them, perhaps 2 nights per week that I sleep alone. This type of regeim keeps my pecker hard enough to pound nails, and probably has contributed to my girth, but does squat for length. I WILL get a longer one, so I am cutting back on the womanizing. I am planing on cutting back to how I was while gaining, say sleeping alone 4 or 5 nights per week.

What sacrifices have you guys made?

Crap on TV

I usually finish work very late 10 - 10:30, sometimes later, and somtimes stay on to hang and browse the net as I have DSL at work. If I go home, my wife is often already in bed as she gets up early to go jogging before getting the kids ready for school, and so I have dinner in front of the box - most often it is rubbish, and if I start watching a film I’m up to 1:30 - 2:00 in the morning. So I have to give up watching crap TV to hang late at night.

Typically sleep…hwoever, I am moving towards getting up early in the morning, and doing it right after a shower. I think I’m going to put 1/2 hour per day into it, and no more, and just try that for 6 months and see what happens (jelq for 10-15, squeeze/Uli for 15-20). Already my flaccid has gotten much better from this.

I too masturbate less. I guess it could be also said that I “lost” a smaller penis.

I wonder if the wife “wanting” sex more frequently is really an effect of you having more confidence. I have always felt that genuine confidence (as opposed to cockyness) is a turn on to women.

i have given up countless of hours of study time and sleep. I have to pe late at night when my wife is asleep. I suppose that i could wake up earlier and go to bed earlier, but I already have to be at work by around six thirty.

I don’t mind the time given up pe’ing though because it is for me. Would you be asking this about working out? If you think that you are giving up too much time, then adjust your workouts. Unfortunately it seems that some of them like hanging require real time commitments.

I have read one post here about someone who made tremendous gains via dry jelquing six times a day for five minutes each time. That sounds very do-able. Myself, I have a long drive in the morning and on the way home stuck in traffic for over an hour. Solution……..max-xtender for the drive time. I will be trying it out very soon.

30 minutes of work, M-F :)
