What girth size is average?

I use both the Cable Clamp and the metal hose clamp. You can tighten the hose clamp a lot more, so you have to be careful about this. I use a nut driver with the hose clamp; it makes putting it on and taking it off easy and quick.

In my opinion, the jelqing on it’s own is not going to get your girth very far—especially if you are a hard gainer with girth. But I think that a good and consistent routine of clamping and/or pumping, with jelqing mixed in, should help.

What kind of clamping routine have you followed? How long have you stuck with it?

Have you tried pumping? You should. Pumping and clamping are certainly the best girth exercises.

why is it that every thread that has to do with girth (which is lots) ends up being a “where can I get a cable clamp” thread?

How can you tell if it’s effective or not if you haven’t stuck with it?

Discoloration is very common. The same with pumping.

I’m going to try doing the Uli workout morning and night for atleast a month and see how I like it. I think I might add clamping in after a couple times per week. That should be alright.

The average is positively, absolutely, 4.85 inches. Some say right at 5 inches. I have read ALL the research, good and bad. I am 100% positive it is between 4.8 and 5.1 inches. 100%

It’s a trick of your mind.

If we're talking length:

7” inches or more is big.

8” is unusually big.

Anything beyond that is huge.

If we're talking girth:

Average is below 5” (4.85” or 4.93” are in the right ball park).

In the 5.25” or so range you can wear Magnums, i.e. big.

At 6” or so you can wear XL Magnums, i.e. REALLY big.

After the 6.25” mark you’re officially huge.

Does that clear things up?

This I have to disagree with. Some swear by jelqing only and have gotten good girth gains. Excellent for newbie girth. IMO, if you are not gaining from jelqing, switching up intensity, erect etc will sooner or later spring you some girth. Girth is not easy like length to gain. 1 inch in girth is like 2-3 in length so….

For me, when I was seriously putting in time jelqing, I gained both - a little more girth wise, than length wise.

There are those that speculate that how/what you gain has to do with erection level; lower erection level jelqs for length, higher erection level for girth.
This would make sense from my experience. I tended to jelq at a high erection level 80% or even more.

I think the idea is that at higher levels of erection it becomes more like a squeeze or even clamping, whereas at lower levels it’s more like a stretch.

Makes sense to me.

I noticed also after starting to jelg with a high erection level I picked up some girth both erect and flacid. These days after jelging my flacid is looking more and more impressive. I am consistently over 5.25 flaccid girth and picking up little by little on the erect girth

Damn.I’m only 4.7, Clamping hasnt really seemed to have much of an effect. It’s been two months.
