Yeah, but unfortunately I haven’t found the clamp everyone uses - the cable clamp tm. Anyways, to subsitute that, I have a metal hose clamp which I suppose is just as good except it takes me longer to adjust tightness and I have to wrap my base pretty well.
I use both the Cable Clamp and the metal hose clamp. You can tighten the hose clamp a lot more, so you have to be careful about this. I use a nut driver with the hose clamp; it makes putting it on and taking it off easy and quick.
In my opinion, the jelqing on it’s own is not going to get your girth very far—especially if you are a hard gainer with girth. But I think that a good and consistent routine of clamping and/or pumping, with jelqing mixed in, should help.
What kind of clamping routine have you followed? How long have you stuck with it?
Have you tried pumping? You should. Pumping and clamping are certainly the best girth exercises.
