What does a good A-stretch feel like?
I have been trying to get the technique down, but not sure if I have it quite right yet. When I do the stretch I feel a tremendous amount of pressure around teh base to the inside of my body where the ligs should start. The pressure isnt really painful, I mean no more painful then stretching your legs out before a work out. But it is uncomfortable and does hurt a tad. Is this good pain or bad pain.
DOes this sound about right to anyone?
