What do you think?
Hey everyone! Im new to TP, but im not new to penis enlargement. Ive been doing it for about half a year, with very minimal gains. Anyways ive come here and found out a whole new side to PE.
My current size is: 7.4” ebpl x 5girth. I want to get to at least 8ebpl and 6 girth.
I have had many different rutines throughout my PE carrrer. But over the last month ive added in some dry jelqs (actually it was all i did to try and experiment in girth gains). My rutine currently is as follows:
-10 minute hot wrap
-30 second stretches forwards, up, down, left, right and one more forwards.
-75, 6 second dry jelqs at @ 70% erection. (7-10 minutes).
-75, 4 to 6 second wet jelqs @ 50 to 70% erection (7-10 minutes).
-A squeeze technique i call “4 by 4s” where you trap blood in the base of the penis with an ok grip, and then squeeze in 4 places,(moving towards the head) for 4 seconds. I do 10 reps of these.
-A variation of a Uli, where i trap blood in my penis and jelq (4 seconds each stroke). This gives a great stretch!
*-I tried adding in some Horse440s, and at first they gave me a stretch that was unbelievable…but they caused alot of fluid buildup. So im not sure if i should keep doing them? Any thoughts?
-End with 5 minute hot wrap and/or a hot shower.
What do you guys think? Im really wanting to gain some girth. And i know that there are alot of guys on this forum who have, so any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!
