What do you guys think I should do?

I guess I am just curious on what people think I should do currently with given the stats I have. I would really like to get to 9” and I have only been donig PE for about 4 months. I know it is going to take years to reach this goal, but what do you guys think I should concentrate on the most. Stretching? Hanging? Pumping? I know everyone’s body is different, but I want to get everyones opinions so I can make a killer workout and stay with it for years to come. That way I can also post a Journal for everyone.

Anybody interested in being my Personal PE Trainer and following me throughout my PE Career. :) I would love to be a case study. I just think I would be more motivated if someone was telling me what to do.

If only it were that easy. I’d love for that too, but I’m thinking everyone here is too wrapped up in making thier own dicks bigger.

I might not post here much, and I was a skeptic at the beginning, but I have hit a few bumps and need some guidance myself. Unfortunately, no one has been responding to my posts in my time of need.

I hope this doesn’t discourage you in your quest but maybe the best thing to do is to try different things out like I have. I’m thinking people are a little more reluctant on helping the guys on here with bigger starting sizes. Or maybe it’s just me, but it just seems that way.

I think you might be carrying a bit too much cynicism there PO, not everyone’s questions get answered, especially if the question is one that has been asked a hundred times before… because if it has, it can always be answered by a simple search that a lot of new members (and some older ones) are a bit too lazy to use.

Overall you will find this is an incredibly supportive place, with miles and miles of written advice, techniques and ‘answers’ to just about everything there is to know about PE.

As far as I can see it matters not if you are starting at 3” or 8”, the support and advice is the same. PE is a great leveller. We who travel the PE path are something of explorers - we get to discover that there is a truth (that dick expansion is truly possible) that pretty much the rest of the world does not know or recognise. Tis is what bonds us and has us support each other.

By the way I just posted an answer to your question re ‘Clamps’ (in your area) that you asked a few days ago. Be aware that versions of that question have been asked many times before and could easily be sourced through a simple search. You could even Google ‘cable clamps’ and there they are.

Where are my manners? I guess I can try and help you out, after all, we are about the same starting size with roughly the same goals. Don’t get me wrong, there is plenty of information on just about anything on this site. But a little guidance does go a long way.

I have yet to hang but I have read up on it, and that seems to me the best way to get length gains. I always wanted to stay away from it, but since my length gains have slowed way down, I am considering the option. It might be just the boost I need to get to where I want to be. The only problem is making/buying the right hanger. If you have an idea of what you want, then go for it.

I have tried pumping before but quit before making any type of gain. This was before I joined Thunders and before I really knew how to make my dick grow.

Manual streching is how I got my gains to date. I just recently started applying Jai’s and inverted V-stretches to my routine as well. I rarely jelq anymore since I took up clamping at te beginning of January. I might sneak in a few dry jelqs in between clamp sets once in a while. A lot of folks on here say that heat is important for warming up and cooling down. But since don’t have any type of heat source to use other than warm-hot water I find standing at the sink really annoying. So I usually warm up in the shower and/or get an erection to get the blood flowing. Some folks claim that that is good enough.

My workout looks like this:

1. 5-10 mins warm up
2. 1 set 10 mins clamp
5 mins light dry jelqs
3. Repeat 2 more times (total 3 sets of each)
4. Manual stretches in all directions ( 1 min each direction - Repeat 2 to 3 times)
5. 5 mins Jai stretches
6. 5-10 mins Inverted V-stretches
7. 5 mins cool down ( massage the penis)

For my V-stretches I use a piece of stainless steel tubing, 3/8” thick, which I bent in a loop and made a handle. I don’t know where you’d find such a beast, as I just grabbed the material from work. It works really well, and I feel a great stretch.

I do this routine currently on a 1-on, 1-off basis. Looking at switching to a 5-on, 2-off routine after a couple months. I’m just geting the feel of clamping and trying to maximize my expantion.

If your dick is conditioned enough I would suggest you try this routine. I should have started this a few months back, but I took a little break and started up again with the newbie routine and was seeing gains. Anyway, hope this helps. Good luck on your quest!

Babbis has a very good mentoring ‘Advanced Newbie’ routine that is definitely worth a look.

These days we have so many PE options (once past the Newbie stage). Whilst this is good, it is also bad because then we have to choose. You can go out and spend a packet of money on pumps, hangers, power-jelqs and clamps. Then there’s oils, lotions, potions and supplements. It’s enough to make your head spin.

My suggestion is spend hours and days reading EVERYTHING that interests you here at Thunders. Test your LOT, compare with others with similar starting stats, try to find out what works best for you and your lifestyle. There’s no point buying a hanger and weights if you do not have the time and place to hang.

The trick is finding the tools and techniques that work best for YOU. Then do the work; do it patiently, persistently and consistently.

Thanks LWH, I do realize how common the questions I have are. And, yes, I did search for the proper thread to ask that question. I haven’t started many threads.

It’s just that, for me, I’d like to know that I’m doing things properly. I just want to make the most out of every workout I have. I’m still not sure where I’m at in terms of time/intensity/rest that is best for me. I don’t know what it is. I have a routine I have just posted. I have no idea if it’s too much. I mean, my dick can handle it and it is pretty beat up at the end of my workout, but I don’t really feel like I get a good expansion. Maybe I just don’t expand all that much? Who knows.

What is cynicism anyways? Haha. Ya I know there is alot of support here at Thunder’s. Maybe I’m not asking the RIGHT questions. Or maybe all it took was for someone like yourself to say I’m carrying too much cynicism. ;)

If your guy is ‘beat-up’ at the end of a workout then you may be pushing it too hard.

Typically at the end of a workout the ‘little guy’ should be looking a bit flushed and veiny but still strong enough to go 12 round with the woman (or man) or hand of your choice. If he’s ‘flaked’ (or looks in danger of) you’ve simply gone too hard or too long.

Less is more, is often a good rule of thumb. Raise the intensity slowly so you avoid injury or ending up with a limp-dick. Remember PE is part getting bigger and part ‘staying’ big.

Oops. I think I might have used the wrong term there. It just feels like I get a good workout, but a little raw from the stretching around the glands.

I also forgot to mention that I usually edge while in the clamp and after my clamp/jelqs I usually go 12 rounds with Pamela and her 5 sisters. That in turn helps me with my stretches, as my penis is easier to work with then. That could be why I feel so ‘beat up’ after all is said and done.

patientone, I am currently coaching 2 members here through PMing. It is pretty hard to do because every body is different and this is not like lifting weights since the penis is not a muscle, in other words, you can’t predict growth like one could do lifting wieghts for a certain muscle.

I agree with what longwidehard posted “The trick is finding the tools and techniques that work best for YOU. Then do the work; do it patiently, persistently and consistently.” I have found what works for me, but it may not work for the 2 I am coaching. I answer their questions the best I know how to, if I don’t have the answer I will find a thread to best answer that question or I will PM someone who may possibly know the answer. I don’t hang anymore, since I injured myself, so I can’t answer any of those questions. I don’t pump either, so I don’t have any answers or techniques on that, but what I do do is the newbie as a warm up then 3 sets of clamping, a hot wrap and a walk. Will this work for the 2 members that I am currently mentoring? Who knows, but if they are willing to try it to find out for themselves, maybe they too will find what works for them. I do my PE workouts with the help of my wife. They don’t have workout partners so this work out may be a little hard and may take them longer. You have a very good workout, continue with that.

I try to log in to Thunders every night so that I can answer any questions from PMs that I get from the 2 members and sometimes it is hard to do that, because I have a Family. I really hope these 2 have great gains, because that would mean I have stumbled on something grand. I have been asked by sparkx to post a detailed description of my PE workout and he will be working with me on it and we plan on sharing it with everybody here. Did you read my thread? I have reached my goals. I give a pretty good description on my good gains in what I feel in short amount of time, but my wife did say that I left some important things out.

Not everybody here is wrapped up in making their own dicks bigger. It is just difficult to coach through PM and sometimes they need questions answered and I left town for the weekend. I really haven’t injured myself other than the red dots, so I have no answers for injuries, only to say write, take time off or see your doctor. I have been coached by members here. Drilla9 himself PMed me and wrote that if I ever need any help to ask, and I have. I didn’t actually PM kaan, but I read his threads and use some of his techniques as building blocks to come up with what I do, so I consider him one of my coaches. I also had a lot of questions for BigGirtha which I do use one of his exercises. I have asked Momento many questions, but not before a search. Try PMing, that way you don’t get chewed out for not doing a search. It is also more personal. Some members here are actually flattered to receive PM with questions and are willing to jump in and help.

This is a good thread and PMing members for help is a good start. Look for a member here who has had good success and PM him and just ask if he can coach you. Bird2 has had great success, he grew 2 inches in under a year, I think I read under a year. He has a lot of knowledge on PE and I agree with a lot of what he says. Hopes this helps.

I do realize that everyone has a life and not everyone has time to coach other members, but what is a forum for? Maybe I’m just over-reacting, but I’m liking all this attention I’m getting.
