I am still on the Newbie Routine. I try to do my routine at the same time every day, ie. morning, shortly after I get up. But, sometimes I can’t because of my schedule for that day or the cleaning lady is here (once a week), and I am forced to do it later in the day or evening.

Music is a must throughout the PE routines, otherwise I get sidetracked. I try to concentrate on my cock and on that part of my routine that I am doing at the time. TV, etc. is a definite distraction for me. Porn I do not use since my mind and imagination is better!

All my warming sessions are done lying on the sofa with my warm rice sox. I have to be diligent since the music, the warm sox, and my imagination can get me into trouble. :D Then no routines would get done. Sometimes I watch the PE videos, but since I am no where near the size of those doing the routines, at present they are only an inspiration. I have had to alter the routines (per member suggestions) to fit my little guy :Littleguy

Stretching, I do at my computer. The stretching session I break into 3 parts; completely standing, standing with one leg on the chair seat (alternating legs), and finishing siting down in the chair.

Jelqing I do sitting down (but, sometimes standing) since it is easier due to my short arms! Plus in the sitting position, I seem to be able to trap more blood in my cock, and since that is what I believe we are supposed to do, I think sitting helps.

By-the-way, I have a large mirror next to my computer. It helps, since I can watch what I am doing and make sure I’m doing it correctly, or at least I hope I’m doing them correctly!

I do kegels, on and off during my session, and then when ever I can otherwise. Fowfers I do when ever I can and have gotten pretty adept at “fixing it” without anyone knowing that I m doing it. I also do them in bed at night and have no problem keeping it in place, which was surprising.

This undoubtedly sounds peculiar, but, try using a latex glove as a grip aid. Beyond that, do a search on the forum for ‘grip aid’.

Well I do my routine in the night before bed. My parents are all most every day at home at that time so I need to lock my self in the room. Firs I do a warm up with a self designed warmer :D not a towel or a soc. I use a a bottle that I mead to fit me, it’s very good and the temperature stays the same for a long time. After that my routine starts in my room. The stretching is done 50% on chair and 50% standing. Jelq I do in my bath room because I have two large mirrors that I can see my dick when I’m doing it.
I can see all that I’m doing and if it’s done good or not. It’s like for more confidence or some thing like that I just fill better when I watch my dick in the mirror all full and big :D
So after the jelq I do a warm down and I’m done.

My routine was a lot of stretching and some 10 min jelq
But I didn’t feel a lot of lieges stretching so I change my routine for the tunica now

You know I think that guys who look at there dick and do the routine with 100% concentration have better chances of gaining.

If you ask my why? Our body reacts to all that it fells,hears,sees,touches etc..

So if you give you’re who’ll concentration one one point the effect will be more or better. I think if you just watch porn you’re dick gets up and you can do it, yes very nice but.
