What are your 2016 goals?
To be successful it helps to set realistic goals and then work diligently but not obsessively every single day to achieve them, not getting discouraged from day to day lack of progress or even setbacks but rather envisioning and believing in the end product.
Guys, what are your goals for 2016 in regards to PE, and life if you want to include that also. Also if you want you can include how you plan to achieve them, but please respect other people’s time and keep it concise :) !
I will start off with my goals:
— 1” length gain — primarily to be achieved via hanging and ADS/extending focusing on duration, duration, duration…
— Weight 210 lbs (lean!) — almost daily lifting and exercise. ~200 gram daily protein intake with balanced macro-nutrient intake and carb limits.
— Posting more at Thunders :)
— Daily diligence, positive thinking, balance, and just doing myself and not worrying or comparing myself to the next guy!!!
— I have more but this is good for now!
