Almost all of it is hanging. So I figure the home training and the hanging will work together.

My goal is to gain .5-1 inch just started my newbie routine yesterday. But I was wondering are the gains we make permanent or do we have to do these for ever? Also, is it possible to go from 5.5 inches to 8-10 inches not in one year of course but after years or so? Thanks in advance!

I’ve been a lurker of Thunders since high school and now that I’m a few years away from 25, I think I need to set priorities on achieving my original PE goals in 2016. Though 2016 is just a stepping stone, I will make sure I walk the path I carved out a long time ago.
2016 Goals:
Start a PE routine and aim to get 1” in length and .5” in girth my first year of PE.
Start exercising with my own body weight (Calisthenics, Isometrics, Plyometrics, Dynamic tension, and muscle control).
Start doing some Pilates and focus on building my core and body awareness.
Start eating healthy and focusing on nutrition first, and supplements as more of an addition to healthy eating.
Start reading more, become more conscious and spiritual and definitely meditate.

Those are all just the tip of the Iceberg, it’s all on the way to being the greatest version of myself.

A two inch gain is outstanding for most people. I’ve not heard or read of anyone with a legitimate three inch gain.

Happy New Year

Some advice to all you younger guys. Make a resolution to exercise, eat healthy, and live healthy. If you do, someday you’ll receive a payoff worth more than money. When the day comes that you reach your later fifties, you’ll likely still be fit and healthy while a lot of your workmates and buddies are getting knee and hip replacements (often times from carrying excess weight around over many years) or are being treated for diabetes, clogged arteries, or any number of mainly life-style related illnesses.

You might not have been a contender for best looking in high school, but forty years later you just might be a contender in comparison to most everyone else who has aged terribly. And the best part is that all the top shelf women will be finding you more and more appealing. It’s the home coming queens and the beauty queens that have the most to lose (in terms of looks), so they usually are the ones who strive hardest to live healthy and maintain their beauty. Those gorgeous hard bodied sixty year old women (many divorced or widowed) look around and the pickings are slim, especially if they desire (and most do) a man who’s also kept himself up. And suddenly you find yourself in candy land.

And as a Thundersplace man who is the best that you can be sexually, you’ll rock those beauties’ world even better than you would have in high school.

I’m shooting for around a 3” gain in the long run, but to be totally honest, I’d be ecstatic with a 1.5-2” gain. Considering I gained 1” in year one, my hope is I can get the next one over the next 2-3 if not sooner. Girth however seems to elude me atm.

Current: BPEL 8"/NBPEL 6.75" MEG 5.2", BPFL 6.75"/NBPFL 5.5" FG 4.5"

---

Realistic Goal: BPEL 8.5"/NBPEL 7.5" EG 5.5" | Optimistic: BPEL 9"/NBPEL 8" MEG 5.75" | Dream: BPEL 10"/NBPEL 9" MEG 6.5"

Pe goals : 8 BPEL x 6 EG. Which is a little less than an inch in both fields. Anything is a good gain though.

Other goals : Get back to being more active, go to gym more frequently. Find more time for playing guitar. Continue striving hard through school towards my degree. Put some serious time and effort into finding someone special.

Start: Nov. 2017 - FL: 3.5", FG: 4", BPEL: 6.813, EL: 6.25", MSEG: 4.75"

Current: Feb. 2018 - FL: 4.75", FG: 4.625", BPEL: 7.375", EL: 6.8125", MSEG: 5.25"

Short term: NBPEL: 7"x5.25" - Ideal: NBPEL: 7.5"x5.5" - Dream: NBPEL:8"x6"

PE goal- 7.5 nbp X6 which is half an inch gain in each direction. Should be very achievable if I stick to a routine. I tried in 2015 and fell off the wagon at around the 2 month mark.

Just graduated University and I’m living back with my parents so moving out is big. At the same time I’d rather do it smart and save up and get a place that’s at least somewhat respectable and not just the cheapest place for the sake of moving out.

Start 6/2012: 7 NBP x 5.5 MSEG

Gain 1/2 in girth
Gain 1/2 in length

-Continue to improve my knowledge of PE which will help me maximize my gains.

I suppose I’m like most guys here, continue with PE and fully commit to eating healthy and going to the gym.
PE: Any girth gains with .5in in length
Gym: Try and get to 85-90kg (that’s 187-198lbs), maybe push down my BF% from 11 to a single digit as well.

Anyway, whatever happens, May the gains forever be in your favor! :)
