Wear ADS while running?

Do you think you could where the AutoADS while running? Because if so then I can finally get off my lazy ass and run because then I wont be worried about turtling or anything like that so then there would be no more excuses for me to not run.

Man, I would only use a traction-type for that, not a strap-to-the-leg kind. Your stride will get wide, so what if you pull too hard? I guess loosening it up would be good, but then, that defeats the purpose. To prevent turtling, I just use the traction kind, and I run with those all the time. I am not ready for the heavy duty tie-to-leg stretcher yet.

Ooh, uh,uh, ouch, damn, uh, son of, @#&*. Sorry, just daydreaming about what a run would feel like with three golf weights. I did however cut a tree down in my back yard yesterday, and while carrying one of the bigger pieces to the road I felt a good tug, interesting feeling.

Treadmill, xtrainer, recumbent bike, light muay thai bag work, all done to check the ADS fit while active and other than noting care while mounting and dismounting dbs to your knees, no dickie discomfort!
