Ways to tell if you are overdoing it
I was wondering what has happened to you guys when you have over done your workouts. Like long term and short term reactions when you realize that you have overdone it.
This is mine..
I use to do 20 min jelqing and I noticed redness under my shaft. I kept it up since it didn’t really bother me. But then as I continued, I felt pain whenever I touched it. I gave it a few days and did no PE for a little and then it eventually felt better. Now whenever I feel pain or that feeling again, I stop or finish up fast. Anyone else want to share what has happened to them when they have over done it?
