Pulled the clamp out tonight!!

I haven’t really did any PE at all except wearing my extender this last year maybe even longer, been pretty much just happy maintaining my size and doing the lazy man work out via the extender. I haven’t been jelqing or doing and squeezes nothing. Well the good news is I didn’t lose any size! But the bad news is from lack of all the hand exercises like jelqing and squeezes that really promote vascular health and growth when done right my erection quality started to suffer lately and my control hasn’t been as good as it was. When I was doing kegels and jelqing and squeezes along with edging I could last almost as long as I wanted. And I had the best hard on of my life like diamond hard. My hard on is OK just not like before and I want it back.

So out came the clamps tonight and I did a great session of some jelqing and squeezes and than clamped and edged for 45 minutes, it was nice to see my dick engorged to the size of a python again:) . So all you long timers like me don’t retire from at least doing some healthy PE or you might start to lose what you have gotten in the way of penis health. I also got my ass back to the regular gym today also!

Well back at it!! More size would be great but I just want my dick nice and healthy again!

So did I miss anything, anybody have any good new girth exercises?:)

Only “warning” I have for you, Dino, is to not over do it. If you didn’t do any girth work in a while, you may want to ease up for the first week, and avoid T-veins from happening. 45min of clamping seems like a lot after a break, just a thought :) .

Yeah I hear you and that is way good advice, my dick is still tough as nails though:) . I kept releasing the pressure and anytime I got close to blowing an “O” ring:) . Listen to Turnau don’t do what Dino does:) .

That’s something all these guys searching for extenders should hear. Extenders do nothing for your girth/EQ. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of extenders and probably I was the biggest ‘pusher’ of these devices around here, but all these newbies that seem just able to ask “Which extender should I buy” are missing most of the potential benefits of PE.

On another note, Dino, I see you jumped right on clamping; you don’t like pumping? Just curious.

No new girth methods that I’m aware of. I plan on matching your PE effort tonight though. May’be 4 x 10 mins of clamping.

After the title, I thought this was going to be a story of starting up after a long break and going overboard.

Glad to hear all is well and you have good feedback results. Careful though, cuz going overboard is so easy.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Good to see you even back to the Gym, that and Jelqing should give fast results on your EQ.

I am glad to hear that you have not lost any size. I am a little angry with my dick, since taking a PE break. I go through phases, of doing PE.

They are not consistent phases. The bottom line is I know I have lost some length I would say about half an inch! So I think for me PE has to be for life or I will lose anything I have gained. And like you say class A erections are very important.

Thanks for the replies fellers!! Tonight was day three of the exercises and my dick is feeling real good, and because of the edging I have been horny as hell a feeling that has been lacking for me as of late. Last night when dropping my girlfriend off I was rock hard just from a little kissing and it was no doubt a class A hard on. She was begging me to come in and do her but I had to do something for one of my kids that couldn’t wait.

Diesel, don’t be angry just get back with some consistency and you size will come right back, I have found that anytime over the years I took breaks and lost some it comes back really fast.

eopn: Those are my thoughts also, I need to get back into good shape again, I’m big and muscular but getting a gut.

quickbeam1213: I’ve been around but haven’t really followed most of the PE stuff was pretty much convinced it’s all been done, to me clamping was the last big one:) . I plan to get more active again and involved in the forum.

newguy01: No my dick has been way better on PE, before I started PE I was starting to have issues with quality hard on’s and PE gave me back my 18 year old hard on. But I was starting to get back to where I was before I started in terms of PE health. You need to work your dick out to keep it healthy as you start to get older.

marinera: Me and you have always agreed on most PE issues and once again I agree with you, while we both love extenders it’s true you need to do some other PE to get the health benefits. I do think you can get base girth gains with extenders:) . Never liked pumping but only did it for a few months.

I find that 5 minutes of edging in the clamp is enough to produce super-erections for days afterward. Clamping can really restore penis health fast!
