Warning for the semi retired PE'er
Pulled the clamp out tonight!!
I haven’t really did any PE at all except wearing my extender this last year maybe even longer, been pretty much just happy maintaining my size and doing the lazy man work out via the extender. I haven’t been jelqing or doing and squeezes nothing. Well the good news is I didn’t lose any size! But the bad news is from lack of all the hand exercises like jelqing and squeezes that really promote vascular health and growth when done right my erection quality started to suffer lately and my control hasn’t been as good as it was. When I was doing kegels and jelqing and squeezes along with edging I could last almost as long as I wanted. And I had the best hard on of my life like diamond hard. My hard on is OK just not like before and I want it back.
So out came the clamps tonight and I did a great session of some jelqing and squeezes and than clamped and edged for 45 minutes, it was nice to see my dick engorged to the size of a python again:) . So all you long timers like me don’t retire from at least doing some healthy PE or you might start to lose what you have gotten in the way of penis health. I also got my ass back to the regular gym today also!
Well back at it!! More size would be great but I just want my dick nice and healthy again!
So did I miss anything, anybody have any good new girth exercises?:)
