I would just like to say that I don’t believe in wrapping the penis before working out - to warm up as some say. I’ve been working out for about three months and what I do is I start out slowly and gently for a couple of minutes and then work up to normal pressure and intensity. I have never experienced any pain, injury or sore spots of any kind. Comments anyone??

Warm-ups prepare the tissue for stretching and help guard against injury. Unfortunately, not everybody has a physiology that will respond as hardily as yours seems to and they will bruise and injure much more easily without a warm-up. Others also report that a good warm-up actually helps with their gains.

To warm-up we need to apply a very warm wash cloth to the area or use a heat pad or hot rice sock - wrapping is not a form of warm up.

I’ve never been in to this warmup stuff, though it does feel nice. Easiest way I’ve found (I don’t own a microwave) is at the bottom of 2002 Site - Tom Hubbard

I will use heat of some sort for a few minutes, but I always do some form of stretching and light, light jelqs to warm up…I never just whip it out and start a massive squeeze or anything.
