Firstly sorry guys if this subject has been touched previously. If it has been touched please just ignore my thread or redirect me there.

I found a ‘warming pad’ in one of my local drugstores. I found similar products in US:

It gives on average 127°F / 53° C for 8-20 H(depends on product) temperature. It can be placed under clothes. My question is if anyone tried this product on their dicks as ‘warming device’?

I would also like to ask what is your opinion on using this product during Xeno’s IPR protocol…In which phase of IPR protocol such product should be used to give best results?

—-IMO, You could use heat during all three phases of Xeno’s IPR protocol. Im not sure if xen has mentioned when exactly to use heat and when not.

I dont think Heat will be needed in the “R” phase of IPR protocol since there is no workout. But, if heat makes you feel good, you may well apply some.

Do you think that during any of those phases warming pad should be used only as ‘warming device’(before workout) or during whole workout(like during hanging or wearing ADS for long periods of time). I also wonder if it would be OK to sleep with such warming pad.
