Warm up - Air Gun...
No, I don’t shoot my balls off with a rifle :D I have a variable temperature hot air gun which I play over the pork sword for about ten minutes. This gets the blood flowing real well. Old man nice and hung.
I have quite an intensive stretching routine. My question is this. Does anyone think using the gun *while* stretching would be beneficial?
Just a though. (oh no…the above question seems sooo stupid now. I hope thats just because i’m having a stoney paranoid moment)
