Want to start again and get results....but have no time!!

Hey men!

I want to be very serious about PE and don’t have a lot of time to sit and read forums and threads. I would love any advice and exercises/routines to use. I have not done anything since May except the occasional grab and stretch my dick for a few seconds when I am in the bathroom.

I have posted similar threads before but had poor response. I have about 30 min in the morning that I can really devote to my dick- part of that time is in the shower too so that my be a benefit (I’ll have reason to be naked and a way to warm up).

What exercises should I do? I want to make the best of my time.

I also am on my feet a lot during the day so I thought that an ADS might be a benefit.

There are days that I go from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. before I get home. Any suggestions for those days would be appreciated.

Again I do not have a lot of time to devote to logging on and reading so please keep it simple.

Thanks guys for reading this and thanks to those of you who offered some guidance. Here is what I am trying. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated-I enjoy the humor too.

1. Warm up for about 2-3 minutes in the hot shower(wash during this time).

2. Intense stretching in all directions for about 1 minute.

3. Wet jelq with baby oil for about 7-10 minutes (approx. 300 strokes)

4. After wet jelqing i grabbed like in a jelq stroke and held it very firmly and pulled for a count of about 10 seconds (I repeated this about 8 times pulling in different directions each time).

5. Washed my hair and let the warm shower water run over me for a few minutes. I have a very plump hang after this.

6. After getting out of the shower (25 minutes later) I pulled and stretched for 1-2 minutes in all directions.

7. With last stretch I wrapped an ace bandage around to keep the stretch going while I shaved.

8. After 10 minutes with the bandage i stretched a little more and felt that was enough. I don’t think the rule “no pain no gain” should apply in PE.

I do kegels on a regular basis during this time and also throughout the day when I think about it. I probably get a total of about 500+ kegel in a given day. I also do a good 1-2 minutes of stretching every time I go to the bathroom.

I may add an ADS in a week or two. I need to find/make one that I can wear while I am teaching school. I am checking out various options on the site here.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a reasonable program to me. You should gain if you keep with it!

PE requires technique, patience, time, dedication, discipline and lots of reading. Thunder’s is full of resources and knowledge that will put you on the road to success. But there is no magical path to success and others cannot do the reading (nor the exercises) for you. We all be happy to help you along the road, but you have to do your homework.

Your routine looks sound. I do the stretches at the beginning of the workout, right after a thorough warm up with a heat pad. I feel I get a better stretch with as little blood as possible in the penis.

I agree that you should gain with this. I also do my stretches at the beginning of my workout, right after warmup. Good luck, and keep us posted on how it goes!

Personally, I would nix the wet jelq and ace bandage… but that’s just me. Do what you feel comfortable with!

I would recommend you try behind the leg squat stretches… and someone, maybe Andrew69???, once recommended squatting while stretching. Pull straight down and do a deep knee bend. Up and down ten times seems to provide a nice strong tug which may have jump started my gains after hitting a plateau.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll try it and see how it goes. I think I may adopt your routine from the first year- I like the amount of time and intensity. I still worry about losing time waiting for erections to subside. Is that a problem for you? With me just getting really serious about PE i find it very arousing and have a desire to jerk off during my sessions. I suppose I will need to concentrate on dead kittens or something like that to make it through.

By the way- for any body who cares- here are my current measurements as of yesterday (10/11/04)

BPEL= slightly under 6 inches
Erect Girth= 5 1/8 inches
flaccid length- too embarrassed to say!! Less than 3.5 inches

I really want to increase the flaccid state of my dick so if you have advice I am all ears (eyes actually)

After time you will get used to not jerking off. Sometimes you will treat yourself to it! But you just need to think of the routines and their purpose to stay soft.

Take it slow and serious! A seven inch hard dick is right around the corner. My wife watched me shave mine last night with a three head electric razor. Things get fun when your dick is bigger!

Flaccid hang will increase too. Don’t even worry about it.

What kind of teaching do you do? The reason I ask is whether your behind a desk a podium perhaps a science table etc. You see an ADS can only be so stealth. You might consider PEweights but they aren’t full proof invisible. I doubt if anything is. PEweights could be your answer if you can get away with loose clothing. If you worked a shop where you wear coveralls, your in, but if your stand-up in front of a class, forget it.
