Want to share your experience/gain experience w/ jelqing?

I have gained Tony but my routine is different than yours. You probably have put in more time than me but I have never been in pain.
Second I spend my time trying to reach fatigue and riding it the way down.

Also my BTC angle might be more severe than others. Since I lie on a bed I believe that I am maybe 15 degrees or more severe in my hanging angle. I have tried hanging from a chair and trust me the bed is even more of an angle. Unless your chair happens to be a bench and you are lying perfectly flat.

Tony I’m not saying you would have gained more following my routine. You very well could have gained less. We all respond to things differently.

The reason I am asking about your exit point is just to see if a certain pattern holds up.

Well how much have you gained how fast doing what from what angle? And tbh I don’t know it looks like the second one though.

I believe I gained an inch when I was 15-16 from jelqing… But I truly don’t remember…. I was >>>always<<< high and for all I know it just grew… Lol.

Should be noted that at that age it’s not unreasonable for you to have had some natural growth. Depends on if you are a late bloomer.

Best of luck to all fellow PE-ers in their journey.

Tomythattyga. What weight you reached hanging?

When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Some days I needed 25lbs of iron to feel the amount of pain I thought needed. But I was lig stretching BTC for 7 months prior to all that. I wonder if I did this shit wrong. Apparently 2 hours is fine and you shouldn’t feel all that much pain. I treated hanging like a workout. Needed music to get through it and stuff.

The problem with weight and time is one answer doesn’t fit us all. One person might need 30 pounds before they see any gains. This is probably the rare exception.

My concern is hanging should be something you do secondary to something else. I am typing, studying, learning, playing games, watching TV and the hanging itself doesn’t really get on my mind that much.
To me that is the real power of hanging. If you can multitask then hanging isn’t this huge time sink.

I have done hanging just for the sake of hanging and it is hard to stay motivated. That is why I admire your perseverance. To be in that amount of pain session after session I don’t know if I could have done that.

My main concern would be injuring myself.

If you can spend 4 hours hanging everyday then more power to you. I just think I would go out of my mind if hanging was the primary thing I was doing. But if you can do homework or learn job skills for 4 hours while you are also happening to make your penis bigger then to me that’s is the best situation.

If you get a chance go to Bib’s forum. I know you bought the Male Hanger but you should still be able to read around. In the basics section find the post on managing fatigue. To me this is the gold standard. This is what I aim for. Now I have still gained during periods of time where I didn’t hit fatigue like this. However, I have a very high exit point and I am under the belief that this is why I have had easy gains. It is just a pattern that I have been noticing with others.

But the main thing is to build up to a weight that you feel that you start watching the clock. You want to get to that feeling of strain/discomfort within 2 sets. This isn’t pain. This is more of a sense of I don’t think I can take much more. Then you drop a pound or 2. If the feeling persists you drop a little more. Usually a couple pounds and the feeling goes away. However, by the next set or maybe even later in the same set the feeling comes back. Now you drop another pound or 2 again. You keep on doing this throughout your session. You are trying to ride that level of fatigue all the way down.

Now Bib recommends that if you get to half of your starting weight and you still have more time to hang, now is a good time to change angles. Now start moving up the angles.

If you get a chance to try this I am guessing it might take you a little while to get a feel for that fatigue feeling. You probably have conditioned yourself for pain that the fatigue feeling won’t feel like it is doing anything for you.

If that is the correct way then I must’ve been doing it wrong, I was hanging just below too heavy with the intent to feel pain… I did watch TV though, listened to music, but I couldn’t focus hard enough for anything productive…. I hung with the thoughts that gains came with pain and that hour took 3 hours to complete… and gained only .2 in those 5 months and it was in the first month. If that’s incorrect then I suppose I was hanging incorrectly.

Did the approximate 2” that you gained come from hanging?

BPEL: 8.35"/ NBPEL:7.0" /EG: Apprx. 5.5"

I only gained from hanging however I believe I am one of the rare people. Also when I was in my teens to young 20s I was a smidge under 7”. So I have regained a lot of what I have lost. Only time will tell if the gains stop.

You really shouldn’t feel that level of pain with hanging. At least not in my opinion. There might be people that teach that but it sounds dangerous to me.

3) Light wet jelqs, 5 sec per stroke, max 70 - 80 per time, in 2 ON / 1 OFF.

P.S.: I’m not totally sure of my size pre PE, I only measured a few times. So i can claim the “measured gains” are 0.6” and 0.3” max.

Ehh i’ve concluded you would have to be a retard to hurt yourself hanging with what i’ve been doing, which was retarded. Seriousely hung just below too heavy on purpose. And i’ll try again once i’m done gaining from jelqing and i’ll try it your way. Calm and chill.

Nice. Thank you so much. .6” is an undeniable gain. Over what amount of time did you say you made it?

Around 2 months. I saw really nice and quick EQ improvement, i think cutting off porn helps me too in this.
