Are most of you starting your jelqs as far back on the base/testicles as is possible? If so, any baseball bat effect? For those who don’t start at the base, are you ALL getting the baseball effect?
I’ve got varicocele, so I’ve more or less started about half an inch out from base so as not to irritate spermatic cords and I do detect an ever-so-slight baseball bat effect. It’s not pronounced, but it’s in the making which I’m not thrilled about.
